  1. I'm not entirely sure yet, but I'm going to have a better think about it
  2. What side would you plan to have your phone, right or left? Odd question maybe, but I've been thinking of coming up with something, and I personally like them on the right
  3. When I had my mr2, I sent my ct20b to http://www.turborebuild.co.uk, who stripped it all down, and rebuilt it with new internals - they even made a couple of the parts as they weren't available to buy. It was perfect, and they were much cheaper than turbo technics at the time
  4. You will need: Clutch Clutch pedal Brake pedal (or cut the auto one down) Clutch master cylinder Clutch slave cylinder Clutch fluid line Electronic speedo drive 1jz flywheel Bell housing Shifter R154 (extended shifter if mk3) R154 front half prop Rear cross member Custom downpipe support bracket Gearbox clutch cover plates Pilot bearing Shifter Manual tunnel (or modify the auto one) Manual ecu (or put up with blinking lights) Think that's pretty much it
  5. I had facelifts, then changed to UK glass, but I've recently gone back to brand new facelifts. I personally think they look much better

    R154

The soarer box already has the extended shifter to suit the layout of the supra chassis.
  7. As above, or get some 3mm silicone hose, slice it down it's length, and feed it around the edge of the hole
  8. Yep, a nice thing to have, to get the most out of bpu upgrades
  9. They are the same as the blitz and mines ECUs. Typically, they are all mapped for bpu, with a daughter board soldered into a stock ECU. They generally are set up for: Fuel maps for boost to 1.2bar More aggressive timing Raised rev limit Speed limit removed Decat and exhaust
  10. I'd love to buy that bonnet off you, if you consider selling it separately
  11. Paint stripper or thinners will take it off, although it's a messy job
  12. Yeah, I wish I'd thought of it sooner
  13. I used a hammer and screwdriver on mine - more than a few times now, and it's fairly mullered I've actually been searching for an undamaged replacement ring, as I plan to make a tool specifically for the job. A strap wrench is also a good idea, from memory the 'ring' is circa 6" diameter
  14. I will have this weekend, but mine are pretty much mint condition, and as such, I'll be asking top money for them
  15. There are no direct instructions on the forum, for the work necessary. David spent many, many hours working on these boxes, to find the 'sweet spot' with the shimming process, and I don't think he'd readily give up that information. But, if you contact him, and are willing to travel to him with your gearbox, I'm sure he'd be happy to do it for you
  16. Ok, cool. If you are willing to drive to Southend, speak to Keith or Simon at hoods county customs. Really nice guys, and do some stunning work
  17. Where abouts in the country are you? I know a very good upholsterer, but they're down in Essex
  18. Pretty sure I've got a brand new set of these, that are no good to me. I ordered them from amayama, along with a new rubber seal. The seals are now discontinued, but I got the clips anyway. I'll have to see if I can find them
  19. If you look on the transmission group, you'll find all the information about the correct thermostat to use, and how to fit it correctly. I've just fitted one to mine, the same mocal one that is listed in the group
  20. I have a spare one bud. Unfortunately I won't be able to get it until next weekend, as it's in my unit
