  1. Looks gorgous. I've always liked that kit. If it were me, I'd probably smooth the line from the bottom skirt on the front and rear bumper, but I want to mould and blend strange things so that could just be my weird brain trying to put another custom touch to everything lol. I'd blend the headlight if silly beams of light didn't come out of them. Nice paint job. I think it's a beast.
  2. Nice pics dude. Put a link up to your fan page, it's good to have updates on there I'm a regular
  3. I need to confirm final prices for items delivered, here are the example photos of all the interoir/heater rings I can send out. This thread will be for the other sets of rings such as heat vents, heater controls, sig lighter, ignition, mirrors switch etc. Just a note, regarding the greddy unit mounted in the dash, this would look alot better with a stainless steel surround just laser cut similar to the AC surrounds, with simple dimensions I could have these easily made. Just wantd to point that out to anyone wanting or currently has an in-dash unit they wanted to tidy up. Also, it's been mentioned about headlight rings. I've contacted the same company and am waiting a reply on manufacture of custom designs so I'll post when I find any news. Updated some prices. Prices Delivered: Pre-Facelift Dash Rings (set of x3) £26 Chrome OR Brushed Finish - PLEASE specify Facelift Dash Rings (set of x5) £29 Air vent rings & Heater controls (set of x4) £21 Air vent rings (set of 2) £12 Heater controls (set of 2) £12 Mirror Switch Ring (x1) £7.50 Cigarette Lighter Ring (x1) £7.50 Digital Clock Ring (x1) £7.50 Ignition Key Ring (x1) £7.50 Manual Shifter Surround (x1) £21 Full Pre-Facelift Dash Set (set of x11) £65 Includes: x3 Dial Rings, Air Vent Rings x2, Heater Control Rings x2, Mirrors Switch Ring, Cigarette Lighter Ring, Digital Clock Ring, Ignition Key Ring Full Facelift Dash Set (set of x11) £68 Includes: x5 Dial Rings, Air Vent Rings x2, Heater Control Rings x2, Mirrors Switch Ring, Cigarette Lighter Ring, Digital Clock Ring, Ignition Key Ring
  4. So... another crazy idea that will 'hopefully' turn out ok..... When visit's Blackies, I was shown a fuse top top cover which was sold as a lid, which obviously was meant to be stuck on... Stylish! So I had the idea, what if one was moulded in? Hoping to make any top cover look like it was meant to be there would give it purpose. I thought my mate had made me a Logo cut fuse box top, ended up I was sent the CLEANEST piece of sheet I've ever seen. The MRS said she wants one for her make up It's honestly like a mirror. So, I've got my fuse box lid from keron, and while a few other thing's are still going on I'd thought I'd try and mould this to the fuse box lid, and due to flex I'd try and strengthen the inside of the lid to reduce flex. Then smooth around the edges between the cover and the box while NOT marking the shiney shiney top. Recondition the fuse box, and spray it matt black.. Then sell it on for what the materials cost me and cross my fingers it looks nice. Sorry for shocking photos, my camera lense has become scratched.
  5. good idea. if its the car your have the problem the same side if you turn it around. if its the bar the problem will move sides.

    NA-T Boys

I'd be surprising the 440's where maxing out, the stock 330's (which can rate to 380) have seen 400bhp without issues.
  7. Phwor, that sounds sweet. If only I had a fuel rail worth sheilding

    NA-T Boys

You and that bloody W58 lol it haunts me I'm sure! Plenty of people have run 380-400bhp on the W58 without any issues dude, wrong to tell new NA-T owners their box won't be up to scratch when only a small handful of people have run into problems mate.
  9. They look nice. Not sure how your use 4 at the same time though
  10. I disagree, I think anyone can put them back together. They maybe won't work as well but you could definitely lego brick style things into holes and hope for the best
  11. Looks tidy, good finish on it. Whats going on with the side indicator?
  12. The heater knobs I produce are stainless steel. The machine finish is a good match to brushed steel. Will have the heater rings in soon, for sale thread here: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?271193-Stainless-Steel-Heater-Ring-Surrounds-*Soon
  13. I'd like a few different opinions on this please, I'm making the next batch of heater knobs and want to make sure they are a decent fit, having no gauge (I've secured mine) was wondering if they varied in size. Should be 21mm. Please could someone else check for me? Thanks.
  14. That does look tasty. Where you going to relocate the sensors from the oem TB?
  15. Im going to add to the no-help posts and ask if you think your need to use your TT pas res as it seems to clear the NA one? (ive got one Im not trying to pinch just asking )
  16. That's true. Plus BPU ranges from 370-455 bhp, so it's pretty hard to compare the transmission when the engines hardly seem to put out the same power.
  17. Doesn't that just say that auto's are easier to drive quicker, doesn't mean they are quicker if driven properly?
  18. 130 on a 5 speed? Gear ratio's aren't that low dude. I've seen 160 and as soon as I get my misfire sorted I'm quite confident I'd see 170 I wasn't close to the redline. I think the gear ratio is similar to the 5th gear in the 6speed, could definitely do with another gear but didn't find it limits me that much. With a sixth gear it might top end more but I'm not sure I'd want to see that high anyway unless I start using properly rated tyres.
  19. Oh sorry dude my mistake. i read up on it from a forum..clearly nonsense sorry bud
  20. the 58 relates to duty cycle. not sure past that.
  21. Looking to buy this, any opinions? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Air-Charge-Temperature-Gauge-Kit-Intercooler-temp-Air-Intake-Turbo-ACT-/150826362419?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item231df3a633
  22. I reckon with that set up, two suttle large headlight intakes would look pretty angry.
