1. Trying to build up my list of suppliers, and came across this little gem. I'm also going to have variations with designs, I'm hoping to get different engine codes and other variations of this item. I'm going to be getting these in stock in the next week. £7.50 Posted. More items to come (suggestions welcome). Thanks
2. Lol a gour cylinder becuz the computer says so. im glad we have mechanics in our garages and not lemons.
3. I'd like to try my hand at some LED lights They do look rather tasty
4. yes I've got one. I'll grab some photos later for you. It's pretty stock, comes up nice ha a brushed steel finish. Your have to drill the holes yourself. Rad clamps would be good, but any sort of billet design would end up being pretty much the same as the whifbitz clamps, so wouldn't be much different. something to consider though for sure.
5. That so true! I never even thought about that. Maybe that's where my brain got the idea from! Good spot
6. Car looks mint. Always did like that wide arch kit.
7. My mate let me down, so I thought I'd put this back up for sale once again. £20 posted.
8. Thanks dude Fitted the gauge up today. Still seems a bit far. The fact the gloss bezel catchs reflection makes it stick out more I think. I've reduced the depth of the bezel to help lower the gauge into the dash a few mm. I've also prepared it and sprayed it with primer ready for a matt black. I think it a more suttle look will suit it better being less shouty. More progress tomorrow hopefully, get it sprayed and see how it looks.
9. Bare in mind these were highly polished.
10. Thanks guys, the finish on the filler took some time. Really enjoying getting back into making things now Uni has died down for a bit. I've got 7 when I install this one. It's a fair few, but I'd rather have that peace of mind. I'm only installing an AFR due to having fueling issues, which to be honst I should have done when I went NA-T. David P has 6 just in his upper glove box for his supercharger build. Better to have too many gauges than not enough if your ECU doesn't log as much as you want it to. Plus gives me something to build

Fuse Box Lid

PM coming your way mate. Including a circuit to a switch on the dash, and putting resistors in the circuit would be the easiest option. It might be a pain to lay the wire down and keep it looking tidy, but would definitely be sweet when complete. I'm going to make up a custom fuse box and just grab some pictures and sell it on, it might turn out rubbish, but as long as I get money back for parts its all about the adventure Definitely make an LED one mate, how would you seal the unit to stop nastyness getting through into the fuse area?

Wanted one a bit cheaper than that, that one looks in mint condition.

Lol why so suspicious buddy?
15. Any condition considered. Thanks
16. Thanks for a nice comments guys, I'm hoping it doesn't look OTT when it's all installed. I might do another gauge moulded in on the other side near the mirror controls and sell it just for something random to make.
17. Just an update. It's not 100%, there are a few imperfections that I'm not happy with. Probably me being over the top but hard to see them from photos so here are the ones I've taken. I'll grab the pod mounted and wired in soon enough. Will probably paint the gauge bezel if it looks out of place. Think it turned out ok. Also smoothed the sig lighter surround, looked a bit gash with the stock ring that's moulded in.
18. Orbital sander, multimeter, and micrometer. Those armed with cable ties and a drill and your pretty dangerous.
19. yes mate. i could make up the odd set manually, as you could probably mill the lot in one go and cut them and clean them up afterwards. time would be the biggest factor.
20. Looking good mate. Probably go in the for sale section?
