Flux capacitor???

In all fairness the car looked tidy on the outside..apart from a small dent which he did at elvington. This he only told me after id bought the car. i had the car a month before things started to go wrong..i politeky duscussed all this at the time with micheal but other than deniel had to face the fact id bought a problem car...no disrespect but im sure none of you had it up on a ramp to check the underside!! I paid 8500 for it in cash which might not be alot to some of you but certainly is to me considering its nearly cost me that again just to get it road worthy. now i couldve come on here and slagged him off to hills but i didnt...i mearly said id had major issues with the car etc. From finding out all the problems to getting sorted the car was in storage...the rust and replacement of the crossmember need rectifying way before my owership...i mean lee p will tell you what state the car was...micheal told me he replaced the turbos as he blown the previous ones...he said a TTE MECHANIC fitted them except when lee had a looked they were missing bolts!! Now im sure a shiney car and some nice parts suggests the car is looked after but none of that substitutes a well maintained engine. i know micheals a freind to some of you and yes the car looks nice but i think the financial trauma ive been through..the pictures ive shared with you and what lee..jamie..and a few others have seen at SRD speak for themselves.

Wise decision id be tempted to sell mine for the right price...freshly built SRD specced bpu..but i dunno if i could part with it lol. geo's is up for 18k..very nice car! Or you could get a cheap but nice TT and get jamesys built engine for it..cheao! All 3 of us have SRD BUILT BEASTS! lol. But seriously...save n shop around though.some nice cars out there and the guys on here have a wealth of knowledge to help you along the way mate!

Oh and too add..he did the whole lot for a tad under 5k !!!

I admire your dreams in fact i can relate to it! I saved n went through hell to get my car built..sacrificed so much too...yes id like to think i have one of the most hardcore BPU supras on this forum and im still paying for it!!! But ive also just met the girl of my dreams..and im the happiest ive ever been.its put things into perspective and although my car is my passion..my woman is a million times more important mate..make the build fun not obbsessive.. Alternatively my mate dropped my old LS1 block into his RX7..bolted up an ebay garett T4 turbo with Nos and his first run made a 9.7secs at the pod..5years on its still going. All depends what ur after but the ls1 will drop into a supra shell easily

I missed japfest last year but remember previous ones and the police were everywhere! Although me and an old member on here jonahjones..did manage to liven up our cars somewhat..(on a private road of course) lol. but yeah hitting anything at those speeds in the video could be scary to say the least!

Yeah he got Lee p to do a rebuild on it with mr fusion gt-42 NRG Drive and a flux capacitor.. Jamie p then test drove it changing the space time continueum thus taking us all back to 1985...or something like that!

I looked at this when Lee p was building my hardcore BPU++++ Problem was it would need porting..as too would the turbo manifold to match n get the most benefit. its also ran the possibilty of losing responsiveness and low down torque..seems right with a single but dont know any who have benefitted at BPU.

Il be running my srd built bpu+++lol..so il be interested to see what it can do had an s4, xkr and yesterday i pulled from a tuscan!! So if i can get in the 12s il be happy;)

Lee knows how to build a car i can say that much..if i do kickdown at 1.2 bar ive got the wheels spinning in 1st 2nd and 3rd with the back end twitching! Madness! Reckon that line lock kit n some wide tyres would help you mate

Rolling start at 60,kick down n hold on il reckon you'll pull him..slowly to start then yourll get past

Morning guys.my god hes relentless! .just to shut the plank up his mate has an audi S5 so uping the ante so to speak..i told to quit his jibber jabber and and if he wants to put his money where his mouth is..the tight fisted car not-got-a-cluethuastist again declined..but..his mate however smiled and said he be happy to take my money off me.. and so the challenge was on..high spec'd SRD bpu vs V8 audi S5 . Time n location unknown...heading home last night thinking about how crap i still felt from the food poisoning on monday i heard this thumping roar coming up behind me..yup..there he was..but no rolling start..he just caned it past me giving me the finger...so..time for me n max to lay that fkin track in the words of limp buiscuit .. Cruise control off..overdrive off..hold on and kick down baby! ..opening up his power my boy did me proud...leathering past him at a conservatively legal speed of course ..so much so i had enough time to pull into the services..get out and watch him troundle past.. supra- 1 S5-0
