  1. na mate its all accessible from the top! it looks very daunting, but its actually only a few bolts, about 8 12mm in total! obv you need to remove the air filter etc and IC piping, couple of jubilee clips, i followed the epic guide on here http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?82952-Blitz-Twin-Turbo-Installation&highlight=removal i would say allow yourself a good few hours though, as it is a bit time consuming. my car is off the road for the winer so ive just been having a play about with it...
  2. just getting soft pipes, and running them underneath the new painted pipes, not all of mine are needed, the blue is obsolete now, as charcol canister is removed. also the green is, as i have an aftermarket boost controller. it just joins direct from the EGBV into the new painted pipe. its hard to grasp on the PC, but if you just look at each hardpipe, where it goes, you can just make new lines out of rubber. the hard pipe thats on the inside (the one after the red) is the vacuum that goes around the back of the engine and to the intake manifold. ive blocked off at the manifold, and running a new vacuum from my EBC at the front
  3. paint is high temp yea, thanks dude they do look cleaner
  4. trying to get my engine bay a little less cluttered, and cleaned up. as singe turbo engine bays look so much cleaner than stock, thaught id try make the most of mine, here engine bay is looking at the moment ive removed the stock turbo pipes, sprayed them up also removed and sprayed the heatshield and also the Power steering resivour had some samcos made for me, (there are 3 stock black rubbers there) put the heatshield and intake pipes back on and boost pipes then the blitz bov and apexi intake back on i may note that i am not putting back on the hardpipe set for the vacuums, as this is more clutter. i noted where each one went, some are blocked off, as i have removed the stock BOV, so dont need the vacuum, have am aftermarket boost controller, so one of the wastegave vsvs are blocked off, and the carbon canister is removed also, so i only need 3 vacuums that go from the back of the engine bay to the front, so they will be hidden out of sight. inlet manifold will be coming off for a spray also soon i can only imagine how much time hodge and mitchell put into theirs as its very time consuing thing! nice and satisying though, hope you like
  5. cheers dude, will do, been thinking of getting the gasket kit and trying to re-seal mine
  6. im 26 (27 next month) looking to buy next year. thinking the TT6 is going to have to go towards the deposit though. unless i just keep the supe and rent forever
  7. i do have a slight squeek, i think its going to be the bearing, as the aux belt is relativly new. the oil leak, im pritty sure its from the actual housing, the main part. as i have used oil resistant sealer around the top part where the oil feed is, and oil is still visable on the actual pump housing. the pump leaks a lot without even having the engine/pump in operation it leaks it is all around the pup housing on the side, where the large main gasket seals the 2 larger halfs of the pump
  8. theres a guide on here, search blitz TT installation, im going to remove mine this weekend, seems easy.
  9. ive got this diagram i have a leaky pump, and am replacing o ring (from resivour feed) - 44337A shaft seal main big gasket - 04445 (think?) the shaft seal, which parts are they? is it all of 44302H, 44312, 44312B, 44302G if someon could clarify the parts that would be great
  10. bump, still need one, or i will be getting mine rebirbed/re-gasketed
  11. i cant see the "rods" coming off the backbox, so unsure how this model supprts itself? the Nur spec R has the "rods" coming off it which you can connect to the car http://www.corbymotorsport.com/images/Blit%20NUR%20Spec%20R%20Exhaust.jpg unsless the spec S doesnt get suuported? as prev stated its only the backbox which is blitz, rest is stock
  12. you wont know anything about it from whats happended in japan

  19. great thanks chris, do you sell the gaskets/o rings? easy enough job to replace?
  20. bump, had one of these on my old Nissan, really wish i kept it, so cool and a great feel
  21. +1 on the paranoia! everything always reads fine on mine, but im always looking at them Boost, oil temp, oil press, water temp
  22. do you mean the pipe from the resivour that goes to the pump, at the pump end? i have removed that (one 12mm nut) the seal looked fine, and i put it back with oil resistant sealer around and let to dry. it seems asif its leaking from the main gasket of the pump housing,
  23. yep i do the same, mine also been off since 1st september, its dar at 5 o clock, so nobody can see the supra lol. plus the frosty roads etc dangerous for 400BHP RWD. nice to get a few little jobs done on it whilst its away in the garage
