  2. sorry dude i do try to explain but its difficult when typing, havent used any txt speak in the post tho? if you can PM me where have etc rarther, as like to keep the thread on topic... nice1 EDIT: only way i can describe further is that i have joined the resivour to the pump, with new pipe. i have oil leaking where the pipe meets the pump, i have jubilee clipped the pipe to the pump, do other people use a special sealer to prevent the fluid dribbling out the pipe onto the pump..
  3. ive got a replacement pipe to go from the PAS to the resivour, PVC, 16mm got a jubilee clip each end done up TIGHT. there is a bit of fluid still seaping thro tho i beleive, as the pump has some oil on. whats the best way/product to stop this? spoken to member who advised just put some sealer on the base of the pump where meets the pipe, (thanks again pedrosixfour anyone got any products/methods to cure this leak?
  4. just switched this today, new pipe looks great however iv notived that the other pipe is split also (the top pipe that goes to the cooler) blumin shame they are different sizes as i could have done em tonite. gonna order the other pipe, nice long one so goes straight to the cooler (currently at the mo its 2 short ones with a joiner) anyone know the diameter size required? ive got the old pipe off & will measure it, but wana make sure got it right (as the end is bit split/stretched) i make it 12mm?
  5. EDIT: just saw your the other end of the world lol they are not special bolts im sure you could get them where you are
  6. ok thanks dudes, hoping my replacement pipe arrives today, will report back, if its dead il just get it refurbed chris
  7. i have a split pipe & leaking fluid, i have gaffa taped up the pipe as best as i can until the replacement pipe arrives (today hope!) and have kept topping up the fluid each day. today tho iv topped it with fluid, and bled it, but its still doing the whine when turn the wheel. is this the pump now dead? or isit just possible air getting in thro the split pipe & will be ok when got new pipe & bled it?

  16. seems there is space there, i was thinking of just getting any pipe and cutting it to fit, could get 17mm pipe & just jubilee clip it on, as its not high pressure or anything at the resivour, but must be oil resistant ye? thaught any rubber will do?
  17. want to paint my Trust/greddy FMIC, want to have the greddy logo on, was just gonna stencil some paper & paint it on. do i need special paint? also can i give it a quick once over in silver to sharpen it up? or will this mess it up? like this for example
