  1. hey guys I need a release bearing carrier from a 6 speed supra. plus all the associated clips/washers etc let me know if you can help out
  2. I wanted one of those computer bikes so bad as a kid. One of the neighbours had one. I remember is younger brother has a smaller version of the white one. It was black and red and I'm sure it had wolf or something in the name of it. i had to make do with a bargain basement bike every few years or so.
  3. hey guys my aristo's in the middle of its manual gearbox conversion and I'm in need of a few parts so work can continue over the weekend All for a 2jz/V16* setup I need a clutch release bearing carrier plus the circlip and shims for it. I also need a spigot bearing that goes between the flywheel and the crank Ideally I'm after brand new genuine toyota parts. but let me know what you have as I may settle for second hand parts till I can get hold of Paul at whifbitz thanks in advance

  5. haha...... the infamous ldap photo !!! well your more than welcome to pop round for yer tea any time your in fraserburgh. you and driftbear should pop up some time once my aristo's back with me. we can terrorise the town and annoy my neighbours !
  6. It worked. I have the restraining order all written out already ! I just need your address. haha I'm in cementing in stavanger
  7. haha...excellent use of the LDAP system.
  8. it would indeed..............have we met before ???
  9. spied a black supra with what looked like a veilside kit and some ultralite wheels outside the b-raj tandoori in fraserburgh on monday night. Pretty rare to see a supra up where I live. Think there's only ever been one other one in the town before that I can remember seeing
  10. cementer by any chance with halli's ???? I left them in december to come work in norway for the dark side (schlum)
  11. remember to stay safe when your out and about with the car. and keep an eye out for the dibble !!! They wont take kindly to you blasting about trying to setup your controller
  12. cute pup. he's going to have your house destroyed in no time !!!!!
  13. whats your background career wise at the moment ???? This can make a bit of a difference to what job you may be suited to. If your trade doesnt really relate to anything offshore there are still plenty jobs you can do. Like the lads say above you ideally want to aim for a job with a rotation. the flexible ad-hoc life can be a real pain in the arse. most rig crew's or service crews will work a 2-2 rotation. Some rigs in the uk northsea are working 2-3 rotations at the moment but I've been hearing some rumours from friends about a lot of company's making plans to revert away from this and back to 2-2 rotations. If you want the high life get yourself a job in norway. The industry is controlled by the unions and they basically dictate wages and rotation. By law your restricted with your work hours etc too. So you'd basically get a 2-4 rotation. only working 12 hour shifts. Only doing 2 week trips(max of 3 weeks by law) and any overtime is payed and is ridiculously highly payed !!!!
  14. excellent buddy !!!!! bet your glad you did it all yourself now !!!!
  15. hey marc. Gonna have to pass on the tyres just now good luck with the sale though
  16. I'll have to have a wee think. dont need tyres at the moment but cheap ones are always welcome. Plus I'm local to you so can come pick them up this weekend Need to see if there in the budget this month. I'll be in touch
  17. How much treads left on em Marc ???? Or are they brand new ??
  18. 6 speed swap turbo kit swap intercooler to fit oil cooler to fit timing belt to change injectors to fit rail to fit 2 way LSD to fit 18's to collect slicks to source mapping by Ryan Then i still have to drive the car all the way home to scotland from surrey to finish off some more work before even thinking about setting off to suprapod
  19. I think it stops the rear bumper from acting like an air brake. You'd think the set up coupled with a diffuser of some sort would be the ideal solution rather than just having half the bumper missing
  20. simply stunning ! I usually hate 2 tone paint jobs but the black on red really works well on the car keep the updates coming also..the 'polarised' wheel bolts . Did you buy them ? Or are the standard bolts treated to have that type of finish on them ?
  21. keep it gunmetal dude !!!!!!!!!! Does it really need painting or does the paint just need a proper detail/restoration. if it defo needs painting remember you get what you pay for in terms of resprays. Plus check the painters previous work. Loads of cowboys on the go nowadays who are happy to offer cheap jobs ut they also use that as an excuse to perform a half arsed job. also on the paint buying thing. Just let the body shop source and supply the paint. That way they'll get the paint they prefer to use (they may already have a mixing scheme in house) . There won't me any issues in the event that the paint run's out mid job and you need to source more. and they'll probably manage to get the paint cheaper than you would.
