  1. Nope, mine was a standard model supra, 1993 with manual fold in mirrors. Got me a set of facelifts and the dash switch, stripped the mirrors down to see the wirirng points, compared to my supra wiring, and spent a few days on and off figuring them out with my dad. Made the loom, fitted it and BAM! they work:D so happy with this little project.
  2. i didnt test that bit, i was manually doing it but on the test when i had a low battery they were folded in, i put ignition on and they folded out, so i guess it should work as its wired to ignition and not a constant feed of power:) ill confirm this tomorrow, also working on the diagram tonight:)
  3. I know what goes into it lol, but its not a large part, not metal...i get what your saying but on average for a part like that, it SHOULDNT be more than £100
  4. It looks like an advert from a shop window..which means someone else and not the school wrote it....have i killed the thread?
  5. ok ill strip the dimmer unit down and rebuild it, resolder the joints etc...maybe the bolts not tight enough...thanks peeps
  6. Bearing? cracked pad? EDIT - CW posted up, ill go with him on this:)
  7. £30k? you having a tin bath with us mate? got to be worth way more than that, this supra is known by alot of people to! shocked.
  8. Wet and dry the laquer away lightly until you get to the original carbon gloss, wet and dry will basically melt the laquer away and wont scratch or burn through the carbon:)
  9. Fully tested with the better battery and they work perfect, both in sync with each other, no slowness...PERFECT:D im well chuffed becuase the loom i figured out worked perfect, first time:D
  10. it never used to so that was rewired a long time ago, but the cluster and shifter used to light back then
  11. Actually i just wanted to show of my interior.
  12. ok ill have a look at that tomorrow:)
  13. Can mods move this to technical, maybe more options will pop up in there:)
  14. I purchased one for my non airbag supra, didnt wire up so i just removed the facia and fitted that, if you want an airbag you might have to get the wiring + sensors. If its an airbag model the connectors should be there ready and waititng to plug into.
  15. I like them alot, i got the fronts and rears, but the rears dont match, i wanted a kind of everyday familyish feel to the interior so went for these, i love them to be honest, beat the vinly rears and grey fronts anyday lol

  19. You didnt straighten a car using that method did you? i know bmws are strong built, but that must have still been bent somewhere for you to go and roll it again so soon, tractor and a tree, clever for the pulling force...not for the mathmatics of the chassis.
  20. 1. I wouldnt, they could have it on file and catch up with you later on, its free, sorn it! 2. Easy take the sorn papers and any other documents you would normally take to pay tax 3.She lies!!
