Well mines been a project for a couple of years, many times ive lost hope with it, and a few times ive put it up for sale then taken the add of, to be honest im glad im seeing it through, becuase it really has been a geat trip so far for me and the car. Being jobless at times doesnt help but im glad i still got it:D and always will:) theres a few things here and there that are currently winding me up, but theyre not going to be fixed by the click of a finger...so im just going with it...ill post some pics to show you how bad i used to feel! here we go, my supra used to look like a wreck for about 6 months in different stages, was real hard to look at but i knew what the end product would be so i just kept going despite having that feeling

Sounds iffy, like the original trade onwers kept that slip, id walk away from it. you could end up loosing all that money + the car easily mate. Walk awayyyy

I had a trd one from kr on my na, fitted perfect, then it was fitted to a mates tt, which also fitted perfect.

Im also thinking of removing my speedo cluster and have it sent of to toyota/specialist to recalibirate it? anyone know if this can be done? Ive fitted a mph and kmh face to it, the kmh points match up with the stock ones and also shows the mph, got it for like £6 of ebay ages ago. Nice and stock looking, precut, very happy with the exact line up to. So ill have them reuse that facia.

Its a simple push in pull of, like a clock needle. Im just going to go down and ask toyota if they can or have any suggestions for me, one we have in northampton are really friendly with imports. Konrad, that idea with the gps seems to be a good one! Also im considering a seperate speed gauge unit that works through gps, just want to check the back ground info and laws on having one if the original speedo isnt working

these were designed for small corsas, saxos etc with tiny callipers that couldnt even generate enough heat to make you go OUCH!

spark plug area wont generate as much heat as the brakes can. so why didnt toyota make the callipers out of plastic then mr clever clogs?

Id consider them if they were made out of metal and painted in heat resistant paint wernt just a seal in cover and actually allowed the callipers underneath to cool but those look plastic, and even the allen key bolts are plastic

Ive learnt that the alarm goes of when the battery dies down, take it for a spin, let the battery charge and see what happens. while were here, my alarm goes of everytime it rains...could someone tell me why?
