  1. Yup, they are lovely cars, but i just couldnt imagine them being bigger either! guess for the larger dudes, we can only look and stare becuase they arnt very practical when it comes to size
  2. I get you, but it needs to be proved...ok let me explain in steps bang, smashed my front it insurance take the car in to check it over hmmm extra bits on this chassis...looks like its been played with...onto futher checking MODIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN DONE THAT ARNT DECLARED!!! lets get him problems and more problems for him and thats what could happen, im not trying to put a shitter on his build or anything just trying to help him out...
  3. Cool supe! 1 little thing from me, the skirts look to thin and small, i think blitz skirts will set that of nicely:)
  4. It might feel nice and stong with the new welding and bracketing done, but could potentially cause the original chassis to damage even more in a crash. Depending on where the work was done.
  5. nope, the stock front crash bar fits with MY veilside. Just need to refit it at respray HA. But were talking more than just removing a crash bar here nearly everyone has done that, id like to know if the slam panel was chopped or not (making it, non standard) which means it has to go back through sva, even though its safe in his opinion it might not be.
  6. Nope, if the front slam panel + legs have been modified they will need to be sva approved to check they are as strong/stonger than before. End of the day theyre just looking out for your health and everyone elses. Blueangle might know its stong, but the big guys need to know to! Thats the proper way to do it, im sure lots of people out there have chopped their chassis up and havnt declared it.
  7. Might as well, if you dont, like ive always said and something bad happens, hell end up paying for it.
  8. I think its going to need to be SVA approved as youve modified the front structure...
  9. Hmmm, maybe i should just paint mine then.
  10. HOW MUCH, HOW MUCH do they cost around, one day ill want these, so pm me a price delivered please. Always wanted the endless kit, i even considered painting my callipers and getting logos done to match:D
  11. Maaan that supra is hot, ive seen it when it had the whole gold thing going on, going to be stunning, go with a stock wing, alot of peeps would consider the trd, but stock will be cheaper and set that right of! i want it:D also your sooo lucky to have the endless brake kit! id do anything for it, ANYTHING!!
  12. If i were you, dont buy or fall in love with the first one you see, 8k is a very good budget to get a nice clean and tuned up supe, if i had that kind of money, id be contacting jurgen hes the supra importer round here and has sold lots of hot supras! if you want a uk supra, which french peeps usually do, hold out for a bit and one should pop up over the next few months, might be slightly over 8k tho;) Kevin
  13. ill offer £20 for the rear seats, maybe DMY23 can take the whole lot all ill pay him £20 for the rears and collect from bedford as im not to far, know its not alot but thats what they are worth to me, if its a go, let me know!
  14. Its not the ecu, remember mates to had to have theirs sent of to a shop to reprogram it with the miles they wanted on it, shouldnt be hard, i even think a radio shop COULD sort that.
  15. Ive done that, put it on gently touching the bar that sticks out, just want it sorted by the pros, not something ill like to diy, to be fair with speed cams these days, traffic cops, laws etc, really want back up (paper work and reciepts) as you never know what can happen nowdays.
  16. Going to need a set of steady hands and feet to pull that of mate, you brave! To be honest i want mine done properly by a garage with paper work to go with it incase worst comes to the worst.
  17. Hey all, well i changed my supra over from kmh to mph, removed the needle at its waaaay of, say were doing like 5-7 the supra will put it out as 20 ish:blink: How do i go about having it reconfigured? can any garage do it or is it a specialist job? anyone ever had to do this, i have no knowledge on this what so ever. Any help will be much apprichiated. Kevin
  18. Not to worry! im sure youll have it sorted in no time...please post pics:D So what are you looking to do? you keepig her at toyotas stock std or going aftermarket? either way its going to be great fun:D Kevin

  20. Man i never ever thought id like these, but they really are grabbing my attention for a cheap daily driver which ill need pretty soon...id have to have mine in yellow just becuase my mum and dad used to have a yellow one:D
  21. Thats actually a nice motor! cant replace a supra though:D i think some small deep dish rims with a camber and low profiles will set that right of!
