Hi all, my supras glass and window seals have gone a bit faded, in good condition so no need to replace them, wondering if theres any tips out there to bring back the shine in the trims and what can i use to clean the glass? seems to have a rainbow effect/oil on it thanks, Kev

Why put your headlight in a oven?! is it just to seprate the lens from the plastic unit? try a heat gun:)

Yea but RHD tt autos were available in aero...cant imagine there would be that much difference between a, tt auto and tt 6speed for the aero chassis to have any probs handling the power....

Really dont know mate, i guess its something we'd need to hear from toyota...there would have been a market for them though. But one good thing, the chassis have the same mould lines on the tunnel and firewall, auto and manuals, so converting yourself isnt really that difficult....

Yep ill get some pics taken soon, ive got the camera of my sis, but she gave the wrong lead and my comp plays up reading the memory card, it keeps wanting to format it, but theres pics on it that she wants to keep :S ill get this sorted asap. Sorry for delay ill sort it out this week. Kev

Yes, they move slightly when touched, kind of worried me when i got them but thats how they are, the internals are different to the common ones on prefacelifts..so when you push the main case that the mirror glass is in, they move slightly. Any questions feel free to ask, i know im a new member so might ring alarm bells, but i wont sell dodgy items:) Thanks, Kev

Imo, id loose the spoiler for a stock one (pretty cheap used) alloys are gone i wouldnt even bother trying to refurb those, so look for a nice set, headlights dont seem that bad, id clean them up a little, clean the engine bay up nicely, havnt seen the interior, give the callipers a lick of paint and sort the body paint work...then that car will look hot again:D nice project

rather be paranoid than not when thing like this happen...ive had cars pull up infornt my house in the past when i first got her...hear people walking on MY drive and SEEN them looking at my supra...i just have my metal bat ready now as the smallest peep wakes me up

I know what you mean, the front end is getting dated now, and for people who like to customize their ride, this is what we go for, custom bits and bobs to make ours stand out a little from the crowd, ive gone for a custom back end with a veilside front and veilside eyelids on mine, weird combo but i love being different and it looks good to imo:)

this happened to me to, to the point where my floor pan slightly took a crease, nearly shed a tear over that:( but when it comes to my respray im going to pull mine back level, scrape all that rust of and get some oxide paint on it

everything thats on the car stays, cant really afford expensive colours, doing this baby on a budget:D i thought of satin black! could look awesome, but i want the diffuser to be different to the body colour, if i went satin the back would just look fat and ugly lol

Hi all, im going to be respraying my supra over the summer, and im really finding it hard to decide on a colour, right now my mind is set at stock 199 silver, the supe will look nice in silver but think it deserves something nicer, i like blues and greys...can someone do a photoshop in colours they think would suit the car? dont want something to bright, help and opinions please. thankyou!!

dude i wouldnt go for mirrors like that, so thin? one nock from someone walking past will probably take them off, or at the most crack them? anywho the design is real cool, keep up the good work...ive been rebuilding mine for over 2 years now, long but going to be worth it:D
