Just got back from running errands and gym, wow the cars great, heaps of speed when you want it, lots of attention but..... f*ck me do idiots in Corsa's, Focus's and the like give you a hard time tailgaiting or driving like idiots around you and add to that the usual 2.0Tdi crew in Audis, Peugeots etc Chat to you folks later, going to see if I can enjoy a leisurely motorway cruise.

usually fresh genuine steak kebab cooked infront of me on the grill then into some nan bread with salad.... failing thus if I'm out of Notts, usuall stay away from kebabs due to teh crap in them so pinch a chip or two from others (I'm a fitness freak) or just starve.

I purchased it from Aberdeen, drove back and was stunned as it really was a nice fit between my C70 and the family 996T. Done the odd trip in it within that week burt after thats it been standing (due to having to wait for my mechanic to get to me). I'm now relentlessly phoning the insurers on the off chance an early bird comes in lol

Been up since 6:30am, wiped the crap off the car cover, connected my phone to the Parrot system again and have not really driven the car since pruchase as I needed someone to come out and sort my misfire out (ignition coil) and replaced my battery. Had that sorted last week and before that my insurance on it ran out as well. Just waiting for insurers to open (tried to call at 8am but they don't open until 9am - f*cking lazy sods) so I can pay and get out on the road and give it a run. Going to relatives later in Coventry so should be a nice run out for it. Roll on 9am

It does look tidy but you shold be displaying a reg plate. I had the front plate fall off on an old Celica and the cops pulled me for it, gave me a rectification note, so had to get a new plate made and have it tested/singned by an MOT place immediately as I was on my way to p/ex the car.

I ride, albeit as time has gone on I have been riding less and less.

My Supra has 141K on it, bought it with 140K. (I looked at a few cars including J-spec at dealers with less than 1/2 this mileage and none of those were as good as this). I was about to bite the bullet an get another M5 at this stage, but pure luck got me this one. My Volvo, owned from new within the family now has 133K and is by far the most reliable car I have ever experienced. My BMW has 133K on it, bought that at 94K. Its nice but it needs TLC as all BMWs do. All BMWs I have had have either been unreliable or just having consistent niggly things that probably no one would pick up on requiring attention. (Engine sensors, coils, etc). We used to have a 91 Honda Accord in teh family, that was purchased with around 43K and was going as the day it was purchased with 327K, only requiring a dirveshaft outside routine servicing!!!! That was sent to the scrap yard after a lorry reversed into it.

has he given you a price for which he will sell for? Personally thats a car that I would definateky at the very least be interested in viewing if I wanted a Uk TT. However make sur eyou know the prices of UK TT's and what it will cost to have any body work done to the car and factor that into the price you pay.

ideally the retailer should assist in resolving the issue/putting things right etc, a consumer should not be out of pocket through no fault of their own.

On the face of it, the car sounds quite reasonable and looks good in the picture. He hasn't taken any pictures of the scrapes of the drivers side, so I'd be thinking along teh lines of a panel(s) respray rather than touch up. Also it doesn't mention the service history, which is vital, but its a daft oversight if he does have it. I'd say post a question and ask him to detail the car's service history, bear in mind if he's a mechanic he will have done it himself but it should still be listed.
