Hi Chris, if you have received a .dat file then it might be that the email hasn't been received correctly. Especially if the file is called windata.dat...

I am sure that practice can't be legal! It might we worth talking to the financial ombudsman and see what they say....

I have killed this a couple of times now, you need to get task manager running, find out the name of the exe. It changes each time so don't think you can find the same thing. Once you know the name you need to kill the task and delete the file in a command prompt, this appears to be the only thing it cannot track.... Then delete all temporary file directories and install AV.... Good luck....

I have recently wiped the system and preloaded the software ready for a new home...
