  1. The supra doesn't have a screw thread type filler cap so I cant see it being that lol
  2. No its completely normal mate, nothing to worry about
  3. this is a truely awesome build which has obviously been done to a superb standard with no expense spared. Really looking forward to seeing the finished article, a real show stopper. Well Done
  4. That looks like a brilliant idea, never seen this done before.
  5. Could you pm me more info on this if you don't want to post up in this thread. Cheers
  6. Couldn't belive it when Russ rang and told me he has bought me a supra project car, the penny then dropped when he said how much he paid, he was very convincing (or i was being a dumb arse), I think the latter. Cheers though Russ ill be over on Sunday, thinking about going down the big Single route, although financing such a big project is daunting!!! LOL
  7. Very wise choice, good on you. Ill look forward to seeing pics. Good luck with it
  8. Bloody hell!!, Mind you that would have been a half decent price back then. But you mate got that for a good price because Im sure that the uk tt were £40 - £50k. Just cant believe that some na (non turbo) supras can now be had for as little as £1k Everyone likes pictures on here, so you will have to post some up when you get chance with the "makeovers" you are doing on it.
  9. WOW you have more or less bought from new, I bet you paid a fair few sheets for that in comparison to what they sell for now, I would imagine circa £12000? Anyway welcome to the club, you took long enough LOL
  10. I have checked my shed for the na airbox and one of the clips is broken, but if your still interested just call it £10 plus del which i imagine would be no more than £5. For the over rad scoop I have is for the TT but not sure if they are compatable with the na, cant see why not. I suppose the clever thing for me to do is just go and check but its dark and cold now, but i would imagine you would know so £5 for the scoop plus del. which prob be about £3.
  11. Yep these are the ones mate. That was the first thing that I checked when they turned up. And yes mine do have made in Germany on them which was a relief
  12. Believe me mate, its when i pulled out a junction and nearly done a 180 that was it. Not so much me but when the mrs is in the car also too dangerous. Anyway thought you were the korean budgets king LOL
  13. I did so much research when looking for rears and these came out on top so had to get them. Anything would be better than whats on there at the moment bloody Wanli's, there fooking dangerous on a bpu'd tt. Prob be ok for smaller engined cars but on the supe, slightest bit of boost or damp weather and the arse end was out
  14. I have everything but the scoop that sits under the box, its for a TT facelift. Also got stock na airbox but no pipes or ducting
  15. Ive just purchased the above tyres for the rears and will be fitting some time next week. My question is to those who have had experience with this tyre, I was wandering roughly how long these take to scrub in? Cheers
  16. If you can give me a good price to deliver ill have this off you. Deliver to deal in kent
  17. Seem to be good, ive seen there shop on ebay. Good find
  18. Could be interested as another project, interested in seeing some pics. Also what is the current mileage?
  19. I know what you mean, always happens to me. You start doing one job only to find another problem that needs doing. Im sure you will love every minute of it:hide: Joking aside, I hope you both manage to get BOTH jobs sorted as hassle free a possible. Il keep my eye on this thread for the progress reports
  20. I take it you didn't get round to doing the heater matrix then now this this problem has occured?
  21. Yeah it is really bad and getting worse, good job you brought the landy with you. And I thought all this snow was done with:(
  22. Exactly what i mean that shits all over mine. Gorgeous looking engine bay tho mate:thumbs:
