  1. bloody car is kept in garage and i dont leave it anywhere, apart from the odd time ive got to take it to work. id be pretty anoyed if i thought somethere would do that
  2. not long had all my tyres replaced to solve a strange handling issue, which it did. last wenesday i noticed the car felt a bit odd (vibration) going down the motorway at a fair few leptons, and on lift off the car was pulling to the left a bit. i never thought it was tyres because i just had them done. just went around the car now checking pressure as the tyres looked ok, bloodly low profiles. 30, 30 ,30 and 10 psi and this damage, WTF
  3. those twin turbo lambos are evil tho in they
  4. take the shite wrap off and nasty body trim on the rear quarters, clean the engine bay up with black hoses and it would be a decent little car, what the hell is the TT 326bhp all about, some right prunes out there fairplay
  5. i find my stock headlights very good, plenty bright enough, and when your driving in remote places with little traffic, the full beam is great. each to they own i guess, i just dont see the point with the cost the hids are.
  6. seems like theres no end to this sort of thing! the butchering of nice stock looking cars. dont get me wrong, seems like you do good work and all but its not my thing, when it comes to certain cars i look at this sort of thing as ruining yet another nice example. there won't be any stock examples left before long now!! is it just me then? because i think the supra looks best left alone with just a nice set of rims.
  7. I just don't see the point in all this hid stuff to be honest. whats wrong with the stock supra headlights?? i find them very good, and the full beam is awesome
  8. be careful with the vsvs, i broke one, must have been brittle as i hardly touched it getting the old vac lines off. new one of paul at whifbitz some old hoses wrecked replaced lines new vsv
  9. will do, ive now done about 2/3rds of the lines, only the ones down under the airbox to the vsv under there and the actuator, not going to bother tho i think for now they seem ok, not hard at all and seem in good nic. i found that i needed to order a meter of 8mm because the 6mm is to tight for 2 of the pipes, not sure where people have got just the 3 sizes from!! you need 4 sizes,4mm for the small vac lines, i havint used any of the 5mm as yet so carnt comment on that, ive used like i said 90% of the 1 metre length of 6mm, id recommened getting 1.5m as its seem a popular size in the engine bay and i theres still a bit left to do using 6mm. and i bought 1 meter of 8mm for a few lines, you see the ones i mean when you do the job. id say 1.5m of 6mm, 2 meters of 4mm, 1 meter of 5mm and 1 meter of 8mm
  10. good turn out after, very nice cars there. thanks again paul for the great deal on the vsv
  11. not sure what you mean mate! ive broke my iavc vsv, phoned earlier today. one of the plastic connections on the vsv has completely snapped out, i hardly touched it getting it off aswel, must have been ether on its way or just really brittle. the missus wants to come anyway and so will my 2year old daughter i can understand why youd want as many supras there tho, id have like to bring the car not sure if said on phone, please keep that vsv by for me, ta, thanks, names ryan by the way
  12. il be there, be down in my qashqai tho, i broke one of my vsvs today changing my vac lines was thinking of going, this has made my mind up now as il be down to pick up my new vsv Attending 1. 13. SSSOOOOOOOO many people in this country need a fu#'king good battering if you ask me. if it were just the one guy id have took my own bat over there, but you were right to leg it, they would have probably killed you. hope theyre catch the wank#rs
  14. £480 here with sky just renewed, all the bells and whistles, great value, car is under lock and key mind with 3000 limited mileage
  15. yeah im not a fan of silicone myself, no where near as strong as this stuff imo. ive found silicone can split very easy if tighten up just a tad to tight. thanks for tip on removing the print chris, will have to try that.
  16. My blue leds flicker on the heater controls if this is what you mean! Think its a dry joint
  17. hi all, got my gates hose, as chris said its very oem looking, only has gates print of the one side of the hose. about as oem as your going to get id have thought. the braided stuff above looks ok tho, altho im more interested in keeping the car stock looking and the supra never used braided hose, not sure how that would hold up to heat! gates pipework theres the 3 different sizes here, seem very close to oem sizes, just need to few hours in the garage fitting it all now
  18. i think thats exactly what it is mate, or worn/very old tyres, the tyres i took off were 2007 and only had 2-3mm on them but they were cracking a bit and just generally toast to be honest.
