  1. i just fitted an rs*r strut brace to mine. i can clearly feel a difference without a doubt, ive got an aerotop tho, havint tryed it with roof off as its getting cold and wet now but i can feel the front end is tighter
  2. i just had one of these changed, cost me £170 from mr T if i remeber correctly, bk in april it was
  3. you carnt even compare an NA to TT. how the hell can you say you dont get a buzz from going from an NA to TT!! as said your vsvs or something must be acting up
  4. cool,i think i have the original magazine with the supra review in autocar, or something like it.
  5. Thanks on the info, i guess i knew about the replacing of the whole suspension arms, everything. See how things go, think id def like to replace everything. Maybe il replace the cheaper parts first and go from there. Id love to spend £3000 on replacing all my arms etc, we see
  6. Thanks for that, yeah im aware of it being a aerotop, with the roof off theyre a bit shakey in they. Other than that, with the roof its pretty solid. Theres new bilstiens all round, original springs tho. Only replaced 1 arm on the back bk in the spring, other than that there is no play what so ever in anything under neath, but it still feels a bit vague sometimes i find. I had geo adjusted by a company, its alot better but still not 100%, seems to pull very slightly to the right under power since having it adjusted. Theres a place near me who has one of the state of the art machines, thinking of putting it on there to see what readings it prints out. Do you think replacing ARB bushes and power steering mount kit will do any good? Reason is these parts are cheap.
  7. Hi all, quick question. Looking to start tightening up my supras handling. Now im thinking inexpensive parts at the moment and see how far this gets me in how the car feels. Im thinking strut bar (whats the best bang per buck strut brace out there?) also thinking of doing super pro steering rack mounting kit poly, both front and rear ARB bushes poly again. Getting geo checked again. Or and am thinking about rear strut brace? Also thinking of buying whiteline power bars that fit under on the chassis. The car feels ok on the road but i know it can be way better, just looking to refresh the underneath abit, not looking to spend thousands on new arms etc just yet. What can be done for a decent amount of cash?
  8. If i was at home id upload pics of all the pipes, but im away on hols
  9. ive owned an s14a between 2004-2008 4 awesome years, spend around 6k on it, was pushing around 300bhp, that s14a was a very very quick car, 1bar-1.1 ish. rapid it was. but yeah the supra is a diferent drive, loads of torque, but from memory my 200sx @300bhp was near enough as fast as a stock tt, bpu tho and id imagine the 200sx on the open road would lose
  10. the auto boxes are cheap as chips for these in they? ebay , granted yes, cost is cost but imagine fixing the 6 speed getrag
  11. my first badge change, the old one left some really sticky crap behind after i removed it, white spirit and my finger nail got it off, took a while tho. then wiped over with some alcohol to clean debadged rebadged now the boyracers in theyre shit boxes hopefully wont bother wasting theyre petrol,
  12. took delivery the other day, just need to fit it now part number for anyone who might want it
  13. there are interior revisions my friend, how about the dash panels, the clocks etc, outside temp gauge, revised trac, theres a few differences there isint there !
  14. yes NA aeros facelifts yes, but there were only aerotop TT for 2 years built in japan right hand drive models, so these are pre facelift only, no such thing as a turbo aero face lift
  15. but then there were no facelift aero turbos! not in this country or japan anyway, only gz spec 93-95
  16. yeah true, but then again i think if its a turbo it should say it on the back, im old skool
  17. whats the best way to remove the old supra badge? also any tips on fitting the new one
  18. yes but thats in the states. looks nice, looking forward to getting it now
  19. or yeah didint think of it that way. apart from the air cooling the discs while braking at speed, surely if you not moving your rear discs are going to cook
