  1. Recent films I've watched: Batman vs Superman - Terrible 3/10, can't go into it too much for spoilers, but it was a complete bag of c**p for me. Warcraft - Ok 5/10, felt more like a pilot episode for a series rather than a feature film though. Gods of Egypt - Not too bad 6.5/10, enjoyable and easy to watch The Big Short - Good 7/10, enjoyed this, but financial/Wall Street based films are something I always like to watch, could be hard to follow for some though. Ride Along 2 - 6.5/10, funny in parts, easy to follow, perfect lazy Sunday afternoon viewing. Captain America Civil War - Mediocre at best 5/10, found it a bit boring, but I am getting that way about Marvel films in general now (Deadpool excluded)
  2. Is he on here? Hoping I'll be at Squires tomorrow anyway.
  3. Took the R8 in about some tires and spotted this in the car park, looked smart, talking to one of the guys there, he said it was one of the guys who works there, not seen it around Harrogate before though.
  4. Couldn't watch it, after the 2nd one that was enough for me, get rid of Chris Evans and I will tune back in again.
  5. Everyone has there own way of looking at this, me personally, I'm cashing out, dropping money into a savings account and hoping for a crash

    New Top Gear

Watched it last night, I found it very awkward to watch, I really did struggle with it, but that was all down to Evans, Matt Le Blanc was MUCH better than I expected him to be, but Evans would need to go for me to want to watch it again. ETA: They also need a trio again IMO, it just doesn't work as well having just the 2.

    Europe

tried searching for it but was just finding other stuff. ETA: My original point on the article now it's here, is how do you justify what they call a 'populist' government, it could even extend to centre right, or just any government that disagrees. I mean the definition of populist is someone who acts on behalf of ordinary people, how is that a bad thing? The EU are going full socialist, with too much power and a leader that's placed there by his friends.

What's even more alarming is the news articles that were there about it have just disappeared: http://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/juncker-vows-to-block-the-far-right-with-new-powers-nq5r5tnqq
  9. The fact it's an Aerotop, pushes the price up, let's be honest the bad point's aren't really THAT bad, you could have a nice paint blow over for £1500. In good condition, with it's original TT lump in it, it'd fetch an easy £10k all day long, even as a CAT D. I'd go at £4k

Possibly, I did see the original article, but it wasn't in English, but there is a few news sites reporting on it now, here is the actual data on the governments site: http://wahl16.bmi.gv.at/1605-303.html He's playing it very cleverly though, people always like the underdog: http://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/may/24/austria-far-right-freedom-party-cries-foul-presidential-election-defeat Just to add, this is Austria, I have no view or interest on who wins, I just don't appreciate skewed elections. I feel this may have been a response to the EU now flexing their power and trying to fire back up the old Soviet Union, EU style: http://www.breitbart.com/london/2016/05/24/eu-vows-use-new-powers-block-elected-far-right-populists-power/ I am still baffled, that people can see this and still want to remain, are you guys big fans of Stalin?

Especially when there is a lot of inconsistencies in the results, apparently one town had a voter turnout of 146.9%: http://news.newsdirectory2.com/presidential-election-election-panne-in-austria-city-reached-146-9-percent-participation/ Plus, they scrapped a lot of the postal votes(which generally, lean more right wing), I am not one for conspiracies etc, but I have reservations on the outcome and who actually got more votes.
  12. What did they ask to see when you got pulled? Please don't tell me your going to drive across the entirety or Russia? Thanks for that, I suppose if I drove sensible, then the chance of getting pulled is slim anyway.
  13. Hi Guys, I have a car I've found for sale and may be able to get it for a very good price, but it's in Spain, does anyone know if I'd be able to drive it back? The issue is that I don't have Spanish Residency or an NIE number, so I can't take the car on it's Spanish plates, insurance isn't an issue as obviously I can insure it on the VIN number, but I can't see me doing 1600 miles too well without number plates. Has anyone done this or found a work around? I could possibly just whack on my Texas license plates, but imagine if I did get pulled, it could be a nightmare. Ta Marc
  14. Unfortunately, it's not worth much and an ebay auction may be the best idea if he just wants rid. To the right buyer, he may get £150-£200, I would expect a watch shop to offer maybe around £75.

Similar on the Pistonheads poll, swayed very much to 'out'. I know, I can't get anywhere near the centre before I'm targeted by a dozen muslamic ray guns Oh and if I can get tax breaks by renting to Eastern Europeans, I may just change my vote to remain..........what a load of old b0110cks!

I would say he was bringing colour into due to the fact he specifically stated 'white British' and 'white population'. The fact he says we are being 'bread out' is brilliant, guess what, that's called human evolution, skin colours and body shapes change with evolution, we are all just humans and the human race isn't going anywhere anytime soon, in 300 years, the average human will be darker skinned and maybe a little more oriental looking, but so what? Please explain the problem with that? Don't get me wrong, I want out of the EU for my own reasons, including immigration, I just effing hate those people who seem to follow, believe and share all the cr@p that the EDL/Britian First/fear the darkies brigade seem to throw around.
  17. Thanks guy's, but mine is now firmly not for sale , all booked in at SRD and then to get resprayed, should be perfect, just as summer is coming to an end Don't worry about that, I have had Turbos and N/A's in both tin top and targa, once the roof is bolted down, there is no difference, if you are going 10/10 on a track, you may pick something up but after years of road use in both(back to back), I can't pick up any wobble, take the roof off and you can feel it, but it's not that bad, drive a convertible Audi if you want to experience truly horrific scuttle shake
  18. Ignoring the fuel, I was just disappointed in you.......... You could of had such an epic Friday night with us, I mean FFS, me Zack and Abz found a F***ing trance cave, I'm not particularly into trance music, but it was a cave Chris, AN ACTUAL CAVE!!! We had to go through a tunnel, I thought we were going to the toilets
  19. He did, he was 1st in line and got them warmed up on the Friday night when I was a bit too drunk, so I swooped in on the Saturday night and robbed him
  20. Hi and welcome Unfortunately, a 6 speed box on it's own will probably be more than you paid for the car, a used gearbox with everything you need for a conversion will probably set you back around £4k, that's before labour to fit it. 5 speed W58s can be had for a lot cheaper, but they are not a particularly strong box if you are intending on adding a turbo or doing a TT swap. the most cost effective if you want to up power is the R154 5 speed out of the Mk3 Supra, you'll probably be looking at around £2.5k-£3k all in including labour for one of these, they can't handle 6 speed power, but they can easily take around 600bhp.
