I got the Diff well over 8 years ago now so the forsale thread will be gone won’t it? I can’t seem to find it. I also have deleted the PM’s from that time.

I took the back plate off when I first brought it and I know it’s defiantly a Stock LSD. Four and a very small fraction of a turn of the prop flange turned a drive shaft flange one complete turn.

How can you tell which Diff you have when it’s not on a supra and can’t remember from way back when I bought it from a trusted Member on here and was told at the time? I have a manual N/A LSD but unsure which one of the below it will actually be? A03B Small Case Manual Diff £600 - £1k A02B Small Case Auto/SZ-R Manual (6-speed) £300 - £500 A01B Small Case Manual NA Diff £ 300 - £500
  4. No but I have now Thanks for posting it up was good to watch.
  5. This is great news I don’t do Facebook either and never have! So probably miss out on events that only get organised through that!! I prefer the forum and hope it does keep going as there is so much info on here it’s helped me out loads over the years of Supra ownership like so many others I would imagine. It does seem down on show event stands being organised which is a shame as when I first joined here there were loads and you couldn’t do them all.
  6. Chris Wilson SMIC is an awesome upgrade and I highly recommend getting one, I have one on my single turbo Supra and it’s handling 618 BHP There are quite a few pictures from different angles on my project thread below post 24 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?291326-Andrew-s-Single-turbo-6-speed-V161-Build/page2
  7. Not on Facebook but would have loved to attend this with my Supra! Why does everything have to be done via Facebook and never on the actual forum for these cars!?
  8. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?277064-MarkWs-Provocative-Supra Post number 9 sort of shows how I’ve seen it done.
  9. Pretty sure when people have a FMIC and want the active spoiler blade permanently in the down position they use self taping screws and fix it to the bumper some how, have seen someone showing how to do it on here but can’t find it!
  10. I keep getting annoying scam calls 3 times a day and all it says on the display on the phone is Internet, if you answer it’s totally silent and the line cuts of a few seconds later! How would the TPS thingy work on this type of call?
  11. I got mine bead blasted then coated them straight after with clear lacquer. As for the wire clips with a 7 on them I couldn’t find anywhere to buy new ones from! Toyota told me they don’t do them anymore
  12. Hi Keron Do you still have any ok the UK brakes set ups still and If so how much? If not do you have any UK rear brakes available and if so how much please?
  13. Used to attend this every year and it was a good one to go to, shame no one seems to sort out a club stand at this event anymore.
  14. Yeah see Bignum has one so was hoping he might see this post and give some info on doing it. Not seen them on the Whifbitz site like I pictured above, only the complete air vent which does away with the complete headlight. Be interested to see & hear how you get on if having a go at making one yourself? Nice idea you have so keen to see what you come up with, as for the changing over for MOT purposes I’m not to worried about that. Yes please post up how you get on as interested to see thanks.
  15. Pretty sure you can still get these from Toyota, I bought one back in 2016 and it only cost me £17.45 which was a nice surprise.
  16. See this done on a few Supra’s and searched online and found images of other ways it’s been done, is there a step by step of how people have done this anywhere on here or online as I can’t find much info? Or anyone know who or where this can be done for you? Would love something done as neat as in the image below
  17. Mines the same and if it’s not used for a good 3 weeks the battery will be pretty much flat and hardly start the car! That’s why I bought a Ctec trickle charger and connect it up to that now when not using the car for long periods.

  19. Thanks, it said on the can 3 to 4 light coats recommended but I stopped at 3 as it looked fine.
  20. Finally got round to doing a job i have been wanting to do for ages while it was nice and sunny at the weekend, the active spoiler blade on my Supra has gone a funny kind of faded dark green colour and didn’t match the rest of the Oem bottom valence and it’s been bugging me for ages! I had a spare spoiler laying around that I bought a couple of years ago so tried out what I bought on this spoiler just incase it went wrong. I have looked at a few different ways to try and restore it back to its original colour and the first was Plastidip but I found it marks to easily and wouldn’t last long before it got chipped! The second was to paint it but again i was a tad worried because it’s so flexible! I come across this stuff recently and after reading up on it a bit decided to give it a try it’s called Matte Black Plastic Resurfacer and a Pre Painting Prep cleaner which was recommended to use first, to prep it up and remove some minor scratches on the spoiler I also sanded it down with 400 grit wet & dry paper. This was the spoiler before spraying and after sanding. This was the spoiler after spraying. This is what the spoiler looked like on the Supra with the miss match in colour due to fading. This is the spoiler all sprayed up and fitted back on.
