  1. Very good. I like those. I got the first one wrong, then I got my act together and got the rest right
  2. My old alarm had two wires joined together by wrapping them round each end of a paperclip
  3. Wow, it's even more ugly in real life!

Oh dear, well the card lasted a few days before dying!
  5. Just followed very nice looking supra along Newmarket Road, Cambridge. Think it was grey, but hard to tell at night. TRD sticker on back. Anyone here?

I got my card from this seller today. As expected it's a fake, but it appears to work fine so far. The spelling mistakes on the back of the packaging are entertaining: "Optimum for recording of High pixel still images and High quality mowing images." I just tried that PSP info menu, but I don't think my firmware is new enough to include that information (and I bought mine for my phone anyway).

There's this page but it's a bit old: http://reviews.ebay.co.uk/FAKE-Sony-Memory-Stick-Pro-Duo-MagicGate-Cards-Exposed_W0QQugidZ10000000001535763 I'll probably buy one from your seller, since you are able to fill up the card. ValueMedia are selling 4gb duos for 76 quid (which I'd expect to be genuine), so I think it's worth the gamble to go for the fake ones.

'fraid so. Do a search for fake memory stick on google, and you'll find endless pages about them. I have a 2Gb "Genuine Sony!" fake memory stick from ebay. It's worked fine ever since I got it. It has the hologram and everything. I was more annoyed about getting a fake Sandisk Ultra II SD card, as I'd actually paid extra to go for the higher speed card! It's best just to assume that everything on ebay is fake, and buy with that in mind.

gzaerojon, could you do me a favour and check that you can fill up all 4gb (in practice about 3.6Gb I think)? I could do with one of these for my phone, but I know that loads of the ones on ebay are half the stated capacity. By the way, there's not a chance in hell that is a genuine Sony card. Not that it necessarily matters as the price is so good. Thanks.
  10. Glad you're happy with the exhaust You'll love it at 1.2 bar!
  11. I use this program to convert video to my W850i and it works well: http://www.erightsoft.net/SUPER.html
  12. I'm no tyre expert but I thought Yokohamas had less stiff sidewalls for lighter cars, and so wouldn't be suitable for heavier cars like the supra.
  13. Sounds like you might as well sell it and get something different. If you miss it, you can always buy another supra at a later date.
  14. If he's the murderer then maybe that's what serial killers do to boast about what they've done. Ian Huntley got himself interviewed by the bbc before he was arrested.
  15. They sound gross. Although i liked the Walkers Lamb & Mint Sauce ones
  16. How badly scratched is the dash? I used Autoglym Vinyl & Rubber care on mine, and that improved it no end. Makes it darker though.
  17. By the way, it's a great phone! A bit off-topic but I fitted a new bluetooth Sony headunit today and my w850i streams music over bluetooth to it. I'll never have to burn another CD again
  18. That's a good site Chris. I remember reading it a few years ago when I was applying for my motorsport ECU software job
  19. An elise with a 2JZ would topple backwards!!! Hey, I think we've turned this into the elise forum
  20. Looks fantastic. I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun in it
  21. Went out for a blast in my Elise earlier and took a video camera along for the ride. Wish the roads were less slippery, but it's still soooo much fun! It's the first time I've used moviemaker and youtube but it seems to work alright, apart from youtube compressing the hell out of the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-Sz0sl8ltc
  22. Sounds awesome if it fits! My Elise had a nasty misfire and it was undriveable last week, but now I've replaced the distributor cap, rotor arm, plugs and leads it feels fantastic. So today I strapped a video camera to the passenger seat and went for a blast! I'm going to upload it to youtube in a bit
  23. Let me guess. You have a Honda Civic Type R engine or an Audi lump in your possession?
