  1. Not some form of slip control is it? or ESP?
  2. Theres a nut down there somewhere buddy,i took both my lights out completely and its definately not a bumper off job. They are quite a tight fit aswell, good pull is required. Someone will be along to tell you where, but get a light and it should be fairly obvious.....he says!
  3. Theres some fanny on it aswell, bonus!
  4. Odd, i thought the car handling wa way improved. Each to there own i guess. Si
  5. Ive got it, PC version, absolutely brilliant best one yet.
  6. Well today i attempted to fix the heater blower on my g/fs Renault 5 campus i have been doing up myself over the last few weeks since buying it for her to learn to drive in (everything from welding / spraying to general servicing lol) Anyway after purchase i noticed the heater fan is not working, it gets nice and hot in the car when driving as theres airflow coming in, but the fans not working in any speed on the dial. Also you can also make it cold if you like, or varing degrees of between hot/ cold. Anyway ive had the whole thing to bits today, heres what ive tried! 1. I checked the motor directly to the battery and its fine, spins well. 2. I checked the voltage at the point where the motor connects and it ranges form 0v to +12 dependent on speed selection. 3. I checked the amps @ the motor , always 0 not matter what i put my DVM on. (This sounds completely wrong to me) 4. I took the switch to peices, read all the wiring diagrams and cleaned up all connections. There are no resistors or relays mentioned in the diagrams in the Haines guide im using. The wiring guide shows the 3 speeds (voltage inputs) coming into the switch, then from the switch into the Rheostat (Temp swtich, manual daniel type) and then to the motor. Nothing i could find obviously wrong and the fact that the motor is getting +12 but 0 amps sounds very wrong to me. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help, Si
  7. I did it on my first attempt lol
  8. Cant seem to find any plain jane ones......my mrs is picky! she just wants a plain disc
  9. Tried shops they all have silly vents and other lame stuff which looks naff......and renault would be a fortune to order trims for an 18yo old car hehe!
  10. Renault 5 Wheel Trims, if anyone knows where i can get originals, or just some plain ones without silly alloy like vents..... Cheers
  11. They are are mingers, you lot need to raise your standards!!!!!
  12. Yeh similar happend to me, as traction returns to the wheel in question it pushs the side over, thus nearly spinning it. Also the stock TC causes mine to twitch if it comes on shapish.
  13. Mines under been stealed and was a fresh import but im not sure if this is common practice. Basically you have a black rubbery lining under your car, it will be pretty obvious as you wont be able to see painted metal flooring etc etc... If its not rubbery and sort of soft its probably duff anyway and will start cracking, letting and trapping in water, thus causing probably more rusting. Si
  14. Happend only to me other day, and i was in a FWD Clio 172, the back end of all things kicked out. I put it down to oil in road.....
  15. Yeh hes a c*ck, but hes not as much of a c*ck as derren brown.
  16. What warning lights came on? Stick a video / sound file up if you can, otherwise i think its pretty impossible to say.
  17. Surely not!!! i need a thread link for it to be confirmed!!
  18. Surely nothing of that engine in the first picture can be saved or used again, could make a table out the block i guess.
  19. Skoda looks better, least you have the comedy value then!
