  1. have you done 1000 miles yet!!!!! lovely looking car and some great work by Darren there. Have you had a big power supra on the dyno before? Are you going along for the day? It was never a experience I enjoyed watching all your hard earned getting a thrashing on the dyno. Will never forget Ryan doing a simulated track run on my black one and the noise it made as he tortured it on the dyno

Yes its a BMW, feels BMW; but who cares. Its a mega piece of kit and there are so few of them on the road that it gets so much attention.

I put off driving one for over a year as I knew as soon as I did I would want one. I eventually went out and test drove the new Z4 middle of last year. Its a horrible thing to drive, there's zero feedback through the wheel and through your bum of what's occurring underneath you. The chassis has flex in it to and its just not a great feeling to drive. I then went to Toyota and took two A90s out which are completely different, loads of feeling through the steering (which is impressive for a electronic rack) and they are so on the nose. You get lots of feedback and its a mega piece of kit thats a great feeling to drive. Only negative is you do feel a bit like you are wearing a baseball cap Since Nov ive had a gunmetal A90 in the garage and I love it, proper mega car.
  4. Very unlikely. Anyone paying top dollar for a TT6 will want a factory TT6. As soon as its a conversion that massively effects the resale value!
  5. Tom at reflective valet is epic - done all my cars and its doing the Supra end of Jan. https://www.reflectivevalet.co.uk
  6. Don't bother with EBC they are utter garbage
  7. Cheers, they would be a no then as they don't do them in 19"
  8. Ordered from where JP? Im looking at something similar for my MK5

  13. Don't need to worry about that Yep deffo need to enjoy this process as once its done your like what else can I get on with lol You can do the M57 which I think is out of the 5 series, ive never personally used that box but know it bolts to the PMC adapter plates. The one I had specifically was the Getrag 420G box which is from the E46 M3 and reasonable value at £600 - £800 for a good used Box. The only issue with them is they are a little noisy and don't have a built in speed sensor, however you will notice on that car there is a black box on the transmission tunnel which is a decota box and used to convert a ABS sensor speed pickup into the speed for the clock in the dash.
  14. Glad you are please with it. Will make a good project that one as the underneath is as clean as the top Subscribed for updates but interior looks to be coming along nicely.
  15. Welcome back, subscribed and looking forward to updates. Something to come on the forum for now
  16. having just sold one for £40 posted I think your asking price is a little out. GLWS
  17. I still believe the only way to get your money out of these cars if its modified and not bone stock is to break. Parts make good money and as has been discussed a rolling shell now demands strong money..... not 10K though thats daft money.
  18. Ive got the centre clips for the Rear seat belts - £15 posted in the UK
  19. £50, it needs spraying and is currently black
  20. Glad you are happy. Wait till you get them on the car and set up - best suspension I have ever used
