    Is ADHD real

I'll do an experiment if you like. Four year old + bag of fruit M&M's I know what the outcome will be, it takes 30 minutes

    Hi Everyone!

    Hello & welcome /vbb/images/smilies/bbcode_cool.gif
  3. So as we are approaching 20 that are likely to buy...... any further discount at 20+?
  4. Reminds me of: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article2001897.ece Did he ever piece it all back together????
  5. One advantage..... Can't hear the other half nagging
  6. Wouldn't you have nicked the cab first though????
  7. For once I agree 100% with you Matt The world is a better place with one less smack head IMHO. Harsh? Maybe, but while they're still users they are also oxygen thieves
  8. Yes, its theft plain and simple. If the owner can be traced and no effort is made to trace the owner = theft. As the people had been in his cab and he's taken them somewhere.... possibly home, then in this country not giving it back or handing it in is theft. You find £10 note on the pavement and pocket it = theft by finding. Its theft any which way you look at it
  9. What a plank! Why did he drop his gun..... a few smart blows with the butt of the rifle and the deer would have been floored. Having said that, if it was still loaded it wouldn't have been such a good i-deer

    Oh arse...

You have to pay for it first Which one is it you have your eye on?
  11. How to fit them to the wheel without using the valve: http://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-suspension-diy/186197-how-to-make-your-own-aps-tire-bands-2.html Pics on page 2 show a type of Jubilee band that is of almost infinate length:D Two bands of that plus some heavy duty double sided tape (I think 'No More Nails' does a very very sticky one) should hold it together. The 'Make A Clamp' stuff : http://www.par-group.co.uk/coupling.aspx?page=381
  12. One more thing Wez, What's the maximum pressure they can be used at as a 'normal' tyre presure? Oh, and can one be fitted to the spare... so that when (God forbid) a puncture does happen..... the spare can be fitted and monitored? Err, that was two things wasn't it? Oh well
  13. Sure you don't want to include a Hovi bread type shot as well???
  14. 'Top of Everest' test required???
  15. Different codes I think. You have to program each sensor into the unit for each specific location (i.e. front left, front right etc). Edit - I hope they aren't the same code as my door bell. I don't want to wake the nipper up when I start the car at half four in the morning
  16. The Rover V8 is very very torquey..... and will pull away in 5th (with clutch slippage on a 3.9 axle). It makes the car very very easy to drive, quite relaxed, but still able to turn a circa 4.5 second 0 to 60 One of the 4.2 or 4.6 engines would be much better than my 3.5 Vitesse engine
  17. Ian, have you tried hanging upside down in a bat-like fashion round about lunchtime to see if you can supress the shrinkage???? I think you need to try it at work tomorrow In metric please Ewen, we're part of the SI system now..... all Europeanised
  18. I'm up for one of these.... have been looking before but not buying due to the price. £145 sounds spot on And luckily my new tyres arrived today for my new alloys on the Focus. Just in time to buy these
  19. So, why did the chicken cross the road???
  20. Write it on a piece of cardboard Like all the piki non card carrying members of the Caravan Club do
  21. To be semi serious about using air tools etc you'll need something like a semi-decent belt driven 2 to 3hp one with about 100 litre tank and that can supply 9cfm and upwards. Most air tools take a lot of air. This looks ok http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Quality-AIR-COMPRESSOR-Workshop-9-CFM-Belt-Driven_W0QQitemZ110283806276QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Air_Tools_and_Compressors?hash=item110283806276&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1688%7C66%3A4%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A0%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A200 If its JUST going to be for a little touch up spraying then you could go smaller..... but a lot of high quality touch up spray guns still need a decent volume of air, something like 4 to 5 CFM at 40psi. A small compressor will struggle to produce this and even one with a decent sized tank will have you stopping to allow it to build up pressure again. This looks ok for just touch up spraying http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Rand-Air-Compressor_W0QQitemZ330325423307QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Air_Tools_and_Compressors?hash=item330325423307&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1688%7C66%3A4%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A0%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A200
  22. Attach a pulse fed ignition coil output to the number plate bolts???? 20,000 volts should be enough to put them off Disclaimer - This post is intended as an attempt at poor humour and is in no way a serious suggestion that ANYONE should try this....... In the UK
  23. Made it out of what??? Looks like a toilet roll holder from a public loo Good work tho!
