Does seem VERY cheap - but no mention of mileage? I'm after an Aero TT when I get the funds, but I know good ones are few and far between

I know mate - I've been into RC in general since I was a nipper - my dad has some "fake" photos of me flying a Helicopter at the age of 6 (my transmitter wasn't actually the one being used to fly the chopper lol) It's VERY addictive - and also can be very expensive :S

Thanks mate - I've been using the Sims for RC planes/heli's for several years now - so I should be good - but am not! lol Setup - i read a lot about swash-plates etc, so that'll be fun. I ordered from a UK supplier on ebay, and ordered it a week ago. He said he has them in stock (either colour) so just waiting for it to arrive now. He's not answered more recent emails, which is annoying. Do you think the camera can be purchased seperately? Any idea of price? Would be a good gimmick I think...

Out of interest, what is everyones opinions on the Motul RBF brake fluid? Am I right in assuming it's only Dot 4, but has a higher boiling temp? I have this in my current car, but I know how much people rant on about DOT 5.1. EDIT: Sorry for the slight hijack!

Be careful with your choice of words there mate - if Havard's that willing to get his a*se out he may decide to "batter" you with something else!

Well I'm still waiting for my Belt CP to turn up... seems the guy I've purchased off is really slow at doing ANYTHING. Been flying on the sim but only using keyboard which is pants, but I always seem to have problems slowing the helicopter down from FFF or just slowing down to a hover in general....... But then I seem to have mastered inverted flying and other general flying... I just want to make it land where I WANT, not where it ends up. more practise required me-thinks - if anyone has any tips then fling-em my way!

I'd love Spurs to win, but with an Aresenal playing like they are at the moment I doubt we'll have much chance Fingers crossed though!

I really don't know why these jammers are still sold - they should all be banned everywhere. I'm sorry but it's like giving someone a license to speed - at least with a detector it encourages the driver to slow down - with a jammer you just end up driving like a t*at everywhere. Not having a go at anyone in particular mind - just silly devices IMO.

I'm amazed at how many people are into RC modelling on here - threads must pop up weekly!

Same boat when I'm selling things too - which is really annoying. Got a lot of stuff in the local papers at the moment (sofa, tv, etc) and I get a call, person sounds really interested - asks when they can come see it - arrange a time/date and they say they'll call to confirm an hour before - never call back, don't turn up.... s*dding annoying!

Mate, I'm absolutely gutted for you. Speaking from experience, my last day in my job was new years eve - I was informed of possible redundancy a month before, and confirmed just before christmas eve. Really sucks, feels like they don't want YOU, when realistically it's your POSITION that their removing, not you. Again speaking from experience, I already had a new job lined up which I start next monday. Job is paying slightly more money, is right on my doorstep, and looks to be a good company to work for! Chin up fella, you'll move onto bigger and better things - if you can do it without selling the supra then even better! Good luck mate.

well I've just bought a new sofa, and no idea if it'll fit through the doors or not. My theory is, that the sofa we have now got in here without "too" much difficulty, so I can only assume the new one will too.......

well peeps - the TV is on the wall! Not sure if I should smile or not - had a minor panic as the bracket went on the wall straight and horizontal - got the tv onto the bracket and it was as p*ssed as a fart! lol - Luckily it looks like my bracket is a bit silly with the adjustments - so a few swearwords later it's now all hunky-dory Looks fantastic on the wall - much better than being plonked ontop of the glass stand. Incidentally - I used 4 of those anchor bolts from B&Q which seemed to work well, although I'm really not sure what my wall is made from - it seems that it depends where you drill! In one place it was solid as, and I couldnt drill deep enough, in 1 place the drill disappeared into the wall as though there was nothing there, and in the other 6 places it was ok! If you see anyone screaming or crying - it's because it's fallen off the wall! lol

d'oh - I already have Sky+ and was thinking of upgrading to HD now I have a 1080p tv.... but not at that cost!
