  1. incidentally - the garage door is a 7foot wide door, so supra will fit through that, with a few inches to spare.
  2. lol no problem mate - I'm just really suprised that I couldn't find it haha...
  3. I know I'm dragging up an old thread of mine, but thought it would be relevant: For those who park in a garage, is it a single garage? If so, do you know your garage dimensions? And does anyone know the length of the Supra door? I'm trying to work out if the Supra would fit in my garage - I've got a pillar on the RHS wall which I think is going to make things worse when trying to get in or out, unless I reverse into the garage but I think that's gonna be hard! Here's a photo of my garage: If the supra doesn't fit in here, then I won't be getting one - it's that simple. I want to really look after my next car, and as it'd only get driven at weekends leaving it out on the road is NOT an option for me. I'd have to then find a different car to purchase that DOES fit in the garage. Cheers
  4. well blow me! lol - I didn't see that for looking, and I checked about 4 times haha.
  5. no mention of mileage, and being a UK model probably quite high too... Still a lot of car for not much dosh though!

    oh dear

Alternatively, the "message" you saw may be, and probably is, spyware. Annoying little adverts that look like a real windows error/message, but in fact if you click on them take you to some dodgy site(s).

    Hotmail Down?!

well I can get onto MSN too now, but it's all still really flaky. One min email works, next it doesn't. Been like it for 2 days here

    Helicopter help

Sorry mate - what I posted was mainly cut/paste from some advice I saw on the forum - Disconnecting the battery is just a precaution to make sure you don't hurt yourself or anyone else Plus it also ensures that everything is set to the std settings with all servo's etc centred. If you've had a crash, have you actually disconnected the cables at any point? As it seems the most likely reason for this is incorrect wiring, but if it's been flying fine before and you've not changed anything then it's more likely to be damage or the blade setup.

Also, check this thread (may need to register but free and very useful) It's reference the correct wiring for the 4 in 1. http://www.heliguy.com/Forum/well-shoot-help-t11591.html It could be that your gyro is connected the wrong way around, so instead of correcting the spin, it actually ADDs to it making it worse.

The spinning may be caused by the gain setting on your 4-in-1 being set incorrectly. When you start your heli throttle up, if the A (upper) rotors start turning before the B (lower) rotors, or vice-versa, it is likely to be the gain settings. Make very minor alterations, remembering to disconnect the battery, make the adjustment, then reconnect. Trial and error should get you there.
  14. thanks mate - looks like they may have them in stock, but they are quite expensive as they only seem to do bundles with games the gf won't want
  15. ah wow! That IS cheap! Everywhere I look they are at least £100.
  16. awww sh*t - really? that's not good. Why so cheap? I've seen a HELL of a lot on ebay as faulty, so hopefully it's not a common thing to happen, rather the owners not looking after them. I don't like them myself, but the gf wants the brain-training type programs as well as a few others, and I think we've decided against the WII as everyone says that you get bored of them quickly.
  17. excellent - thanks for confirming it guys. I'm now on MSN, but if I sign out I'll lose it again. It's definately not a local issue here as I've checked all the usual things, and tried different PC with same results. Perhaps they have a server down or something - DangerousAndy must be quite local to me (I'm very north hants) so could be localised perhaps.....
  18. Hey all, Does anyone know where I can get a Nintendo DS lite console, preferably in white? I need one as a present for the gf, as I'm probably going to give it to her for valentines day (she's wanted one for ages) but everywhere I check I find it's out of stock. Has anyone been after one and found some in stock? It's a long shot, but thought I'd ask! Cheers
  19. Service status on MSN says all is running fine..... hmm....
  20. Anyone? Since yesterday evening i've not been able to sign onto MSN, and if I go to hotmail.com I get page cannot be displayed mostly, but in the last hour it's started working again... Anyone else with same problem?
  21. Gutted - RIP Mr Beadle. Thoughts are with his family.
  22. It looks like a really nice car, and a VERY good price! Must just be the time of year I suppose. Good luck mate - I'm sure you'll find a buyer soon!
  23. dude, I purchased the Samsung LE40M87BDX about a month ago, and absolutely love it. The model in your first post is NOT as good as this one, but for an extra £60-odd you can get my model - advantages are that it's FULL HD, not just HD-ready like the one in your link. Up to you what you want - personally you shouldn't even have the choice between 40/50 - the distance you'll be sitting from the TV should dictate the size really. If you're sat less than 12-foot away I wouldn't get anything bigger than a 42". If you're sat further away - then I'd want 47/50 really.

ah cool - slowing things down is a good thing. I too am a real scale model enthusiast - one reason why I LOVE what you've done to your bodies for the heli's so far! My mates just told me he's really into RC modelling - and he's going the petrol engined route. I am REALLY interested in getting my petrol models back up in the air too, so might just do that! Did a silly thing today though - walked into one of the local model shops - saw some LOVELY "scale" (term used loosely) electric planes - spitfires etc - all RTF.... really wanted to buy one! However - I think I should use the models I've got rather than going and buying yet more! lol It means joining BMFA (to cover my ass insurance-wise) and find a local club..... tis annoying but would probably be the wiser choice.

Jeezzzzzz.... flying at night... talk about making it difficult for yourself HAHAHA You keep getting these lovely heli bodies... really makes me want one, but I really REALLY should learn to fly first! Out of interest, how heavy are the bodies - do they affect flight time that much? I've heard the common airwolf bodies seem to reduce flight time by almost a half...
