  3. For sale I have my track day cameras, since I am selling all my cars and moving overseas. 4x Mobius cameras - 3 are in very good condition, 1 took a tumble off the rear of the GTR (didn't realise that double sided tape would not be sticky enough), but as you can see from the pictures, its not the lens that is damaged, its just the surrounding. I am storing them in a BOSE hard case, which I will include. It will also come USB cables..... more info in this thread http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?340306-Go-Pro-or-something-else&highlight=mobius =£150 delivered 1x GoPro Hero2 - in very good condition, comes with motorsport mount and a load of extra bits as you can see from the pictures. No box =£115 delivered Im based in London, if you fancy collection.

    Photobucket

Photobucket has changed their policy and now everything is "pay for" so I have removed all my photos and closed my account - lots of forums are struggling with this

    Photobucket

So when did PhotoBucket become a subscriber service? All my embedded images now display a P500 picture, which means that they want me to pay $40 per month to embed my images. In the process of deleting all my images from there now
  6. Cool - so pretty much what I was, except I was heavier, way heavier. I was 32 weighed in at 100kgs, BF unknown but higher, 178cm tall. With just clean eating, training and sport Im got down to a little over 70kgs, sub 10% BF. I now maintain about 12-15% and about 75kgs at the ripe old age of 38. My end goal was for climbing, so my training was different from yours. What is the end goal? Just the fat loss and the muscle gain? Are you a lover of the gym? Personally I HATE gyms, so I found climbing and LOVE IT!!!! I climb 3x a week and don't really need much more to maintain, however I do little things like push-ups, squats (bodyweight only), etc at home (daily) and will be adding in some running shortly. Stripping all carbs out will be difficult and can cause cravings and changes to your sleep pattern, so I am not an advocate of removing them completely , but obviously some are better than others. Alcohol is a big no-no. Proteins and fats are the really important ones, but focus on your macros! The goal for your eating should be something that you are able to maintain and adjust easily for the rest of your life.... having something that is just not sustainable long term is only really good for VERY specific goals.
  7. Personally, I would focus on the macros (as above) and use the money you would spend on protein (and other supplements) to fund better (and more varied) sources of natural protein. I am a firm believer in being able to do as much as possible with your normal diet - this also teaches you so much more about food and how to get the most out of it. How tall are you? What sort of training are you doing?
  8. Thanks, thats the plan.... although dont plan on the kids bit Just at Slys having the service, MOT and a new set of the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres put on
  9. Hahaa - pretty much "going to walk the earth"
  10. Thanks The shell has been painted.... the project will be finished before sale
  11. and all my other cars (Datsun 240z and Ford Escort MK1) will be up for sale shortly as well
  12. I have let this disappear as I wasn't ready to sell the car, but as of the middle of July the car will be available and ready to go It will be a sad day to see this go, as I have owned the car for nearly 6 years from brand new and had an awesome 50k miles in it, but as some of you may know, I made some big changes in my life over the last 12 months. The next big change is moving out of the work I do completely and going travelling I will be starting in Japan (with no real plans to come back to the UK in the near future) and of course will be sending some cars (and parts if people want stuff) back, but in the meantime this needs to be sold. It is a brilliant example of a GTR, for the spec and setup is just about perfect! Not much has changed in the details above, mileage will be around 53k once I am back from Romania and spec of the car remains the same (the R888Rs and alcons are obviously on the car as well Pagid RS29s). The car goes in for a service next week Tuesday, then I go to Romania as the final drive in the car on 1 July for 10 days and once back the car will go in for a full detail with Christian - then she is ready to go!
  13. Lovely! If I didn't already have plans this weekend, although a friends big birthday is not getting in the way of watching the Le Mans start..... projector has been rented and is being setup on Saturday GLWTS
  14. Thought exactly the same..... waiting for a generic 2l engine, with no turbos
  15. I use a company called TaxAssist, they are quite good, inexpensive and easy to deal with. I can happily introduce you.... mine office is just south of the river, near Borough. Nothing dodgy, but will help if you have additional ideas, separate business ideas, etc. PM me your email address and we can have an offline chat about it if you wish.
  16. There will be base shell has been painted, just waiting for it to look like a real car
  17. Long time coming...... but the shell now has some paint on it Pics to follow soon
