  1. thanks colsoop but i have already beens studying that thread. It would imply the larger diff but im looking for a definitive answer.
  2. Right I've just checked the lsd and it does look like it might have been test fitted. There are some score marks on the casing of the lsd Diff. I'll have to check with Mark at pheonix on monday to see what they actually did when he had my car.
  3. Hi all, Would anyone know which size TRD lsd would be needed for a 94 jspec manual? Is it a simple case of earlier cars need the larger Diff?? or is each car different? Thanks, Ben.
  4. Bolarbag, As far as I know this will fit the earlier cars as they have the larger diff casing. I'll try to get hold of Nic to ask him I'll also try and find out by asking some of the pro's on here. I dont know how paypal works, would a bank transfer or a cheque work with you?? You have a pm regarding the price.
  5. Basically the TRD lsd's comes in two sizes. The smaller one fits the smaller diff casing on later model manual supras. The larger one fits the earlier models. Nic thought i needed the larger one when I bought this. It turns out my car has a smaller diff casing and the TRD lsd i bought wouldnt fit. Chris Wilson gave this TRD lsd an excellent review.
  6. Hi all, Well after getting my car to pheonix to fit my lovely new TRD Diff i've been told its the wrong one!! It would be easier for me to sell this rather than send it back to Nic so if anyone is interested please let me know. 41301-JA800 TRD LSD Toyota LSD Carrier Bearings x 2 Toyota LSD Carrier Bearing Oil Seals x 2 Looking to sell for similar to what I bought it for. Cost me £517. So Ideally around £500 with the benefit that you wont have to wait 4 weeks to get them. Thanks, Ben.
  7. Very interested in the EMU, maybe the injectors and FMIC, prices please. thanks, Ben
  8. Chris W thread on Baffles. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=96937&highlight=baffle
  9. As far as i understand you dont wanna be running a baffle everyday cause it'll increase temperatures and reduce perfromance and wont be great for your car. Your better off getting an exhaust thats designed to be quiet without the need for a baffle if its a quiet exhaust you want. The RX looks identical but doesnt hang anwhere near as low as the spec R so wont catch on bumps which alot of people have problems with. Ben
  10. XD-16 comes with interchangeble faces and surrounds, the XD-1 comes as you order it as far as i can see
  11. pm sent mayby, does this include the software cd and user manual? thanks ben
  12. this and an Intercooler ( either front or side mounted) is about as far as you can go on the standard turbos........im BPU and run about 390bhp at the fly.
  13. Hi and welcome.........you wanna do a BPU ( basic performance upgrade) do a search under 'BPU'. Will give u about an extra 60bhp
  14. ridox front Andrew...could very well be up for sale soon
  15. The blitz RX is not low at all and sits alot higher than the spec R. As for restrictive im not sure.........i did need to turn my boost controller duty up to reach 1.2 bar though.
  16. im seriously thinking of changing it to something more practical like the stillen or stock with lip........ dont know which to go for though
  17. Try this, there is a clip of my blitz nur spec rx.......very quiet at low revs and on motorway but lovely rasp when opening the throttle. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=119919&highlight=quiet+exhaust Ben
  18. ahhhh ok sean. ill take a closer look when i get home!!
  19. Great thanks guys........i remember looking at the egcv piping and it looked like the egcv vsv had already been bypassed and blumbed directly to the boost controller which confused me. Any advice on this? I'll check when i get home.
  20. Would like the EMU, pm sent. Thanks, ben.
