  1. As it says on the tin. Please ignore my other post that says I found a TT6 DIFF as I still want a UK Auto. Please let me know if you have anything or spot anything. Thanks Jon
  2. Thanks you VERY much, that was REALLY helpful. For me, I rarely do "normal" road driving. I only use the car for "fun" things as it is too juicey and bumpy for normal road use. Thankfully, I bought a larger case 6 speed DIFF on friday so now just need to get it fitted. I am dreading the longer gear ratio's as I loved my UK Auto Diff. (Wish I hadnt broken it ) I needed lots more than just that as mine was blown to bits, inside and some of the casing. Serious money to rebuild what I had left. Thanks though!
  3. Wanted - Black - preferably leather but will consider cloth. Must include subframes and delivery - Unless local to me (Stansted Airport) What have you got? Edit: went with new in the end
  4. Might as well stay in this thread as the rest of the forum is no longer in use
  5. Would still run, just not very well.
  6. You have to come along. It's looking like a reunion already! Doesn't matter what car your in!
  7. I hope it's not over 14 on boost?
  8. I wish I understood that!!! I have decided that I need a larger case diff. (my understanding is that this is not an na and not a j spec auto). That leaves me with needing a 6 speed or a uk auto. I would like a uk auto but they are pretty rare, a member was selling one but he has dropped out of sight, I wish he knew how important it was for me!!! If someone would be prepared to explain the difference between diff's so I understand I would be eternally grateful!!! The other worry is that if I put a 6 speed in, will I need to re map? Also, am I right in saying that I will destroy a j spec auto LSD? Whats the implications of fitting one? Sorry for being a moron! Jon
  9. Thanks Damon and jamesy. After doing a bit of research, I think it is safe to say that I will destroy a smaller case diff in no time at all so need a larger case
  10. Paul will know what needs doing and be doing it. Just pick the pop phone next week.
  11. Are you selling the diff and is it auto or manual?
  12. Pass, the only car I can remember with a shifter like that is a 355.
  13. The reason why the price is cheap is that the product is designed for people who use there cars for track days not as daily drivers. If they start to insure people for commuting/daily drivers then the loss ratio will go through the roof and all the premiums will go up. I hope they keep their strict underwriting as it keeps the low risks paying low premiums.
  14. Lol, brilliant. Mine is replace diff, drive car
  15. Great colour. Had an rs4 in that colour and it's lovely in all lights!!
  16. I bought a dyson. Really good. I bought a second though and now it keeps cutting out so go new!!!
  17. I am still looking for one but looking for a good deal on one now that mine isn't destroyed. Supply and demand. I was offered one for 3500 although it was being sold with decent clutch. 2600 isn't taking the piss, boxes are going to go up and up.
  18. Are you manual? I thought I was the only one that had cottoned on to that trick.
