  1. series 2 is excellent if it's the one I'm thinking of... I've not got that, only 1 and 4 but I've borrowed and watched 2 and 3 too I said for years I'd never like or get into 24, then I watched an episode one time and got completely sucked in lol on the 4th series now, it can consume whole weekends though, be careful lol
  2. doh! time for a TT then?
  3. AVG is good, it's very lightweight unlike others so it doesn't slow the machine down. There is a free version (7.5 at the moment) which is free for personal use (not a trial or anything, it's just free!) Nod32 is also good but you pay for that one... If you want good anti-spyware software both SpyBot Search and destroy and Adaware are very good and also free

    'was' or 'were'

I sometimes say "blah blah... learned me how to do that" because it is ironic and funny (to me) - do people actually say this for real? likewise with "can you borrow me xyz" - its funny but what do I know, I'm from near London, isit Ironically what you've written is right, lol - think about it! It's wrong when you say things like: "Can you borrow me that supra" or "Can I lend that Supra from you" etc
  5. 251mph I think unofficially but 249mph recorded. Power was large but achievable...

    Supra v Skyline

Having owned a few 'fast cars' and paid through the nose for running costs and repairs / maintenance the supra is unbelieveable by comparison. Ultra reliable and very well made, what else is there to say! Consider the supra as a 2 seater, the rear seats really arn't practical except for maybe your children or kid brother or something!

    Supra v Skyline

I've wondered about this, in terms of value for money (which is what most of us are after or we'd probably be buying lambos and ferarris) the supra is hard to beat. Especially what you get for bpu level mods. Bang per buck is massive and with the supra you get the looks too. Both great cars though, respect either way. I saw a nice R34 comming the other way the other day, he flashed me long before I realised what it was, goes to show which is more recognisable (or I have bad eye sight lol) but lots of mutual respect
  8. 16psi? that is way low right? worth just trying another fpr to see if it helps?
  9. hello and welcome to the club
  10. I chipped a bazillion playstations when it was all the rage lol I could do it but I'd need the unit
  11. I'd love to see them, way too far up north for me though great band
  12. just put N/A or leave blank, they will see from your current job start date what you've been up to

I guess yeah, I've never seen or heard of one before, looks nice doesn't it

    Audi R8

I was behind an Audi today, thought it looked a bit different and it had a distinctive sound so I looked it up, think it was one of these http://www.leftlanenews.com/audi-r8-2007-2008.html recognisable by the distintive rear lights quite a car by the looks of it!
  17. nice work! don't fancy doing my confers do you, they've got out of hand and I must sort them this year before they take over the world
  18. I washed and dried the car, applied a bit of wax to the front and spoiler, then went out for a bit of a drive / visit some shops. I was going to go back up the A23 but decided to take the A281 and A272, much more fun and I'm glad I didn't use the 23 if the police were about lovely day oh, planted 30 chilli plant seeds, hoping to get a harvest later in the year yum yum and I've been learning Spring today
  19. Worked ok for me, I'll use it again, you just need to remember to do it at the right time, max 2 weeks before it runs out but I wouldn't leave it to the last minute either
  20. oh yes, clay is good, but you only need to use it once or twice a year if the paint gets grubby
  21. really nice looking car you have there, nice shine after the polish too mguires is quite good isn't it. The 3 step system is a killer though, it takes me a whole weekend so I just do a panel or two at a time when I get time, saves getting arm ache! worth the effort. Their gold class shampoo is great btw
  22. well these cars typically run a bit rich for safety right, and you think it's quicker now and you're getting good economy. Well sounds like it's leaned back the mixture and maybe released a few bhp, but it will also have removed the safety margin and you're engine could potentially have a meltdown, afr check and rolling road visit sounds essential, unless you're happy to pay for a rebuilt engine the sensible thing is to get it checked out before it is too late!
  23. I read somewhere else that we could be on the brink of the next iceage, what gives - truth is they probably don't know, it's a chaotic system in a fine balance, best not to prod it too much in case it does change wildly
