    Don't forget, once the bolt is out you're going to need a way to get the leftover part of the pulley off the crank. Would be best (easiest) done with a puller.

    HKS Silent Hi-Power mate. They do one specifically for an NA fitting and think Whifbitz stock them. Lovely noise at WOT but not too loud at idle.

    Nope - just a simple o ring replacement but Toyota don't sell the part individually, mine was part of a complete gasket kit. Might want to consider replacing the rotor arm whilst you're at it.

    TCB performance parts have got genuine Toyota pulleys on offer at the minute for £200 + vat.

    Sometimes a good bet for torque that low is a cyclist's torque wrench Jake - plenty available on ebay. Just bang 5.5 nm into the search

    No sealant needed for either mate. Just tighten them up to the recommended torque settings - from what I remember, the rocker covers are canny low, something like 5nm!

    Yep, Toyota's European distribution centre is actually in Belgium somewhere. Try your local toyota dealer and ask for owners club discount once you have paid your membership here and received a membership number etc. if you have a long list, you might just be surprised how much they can knock off.
