I’m going for a brand new Spec Stage 3+ shortly, as we are finally fitting the Hypertune and single kit including the rather mighty Garrett G40-1150. Will be interesting to see how that drives being new and beefier than the current Stage 2+. But to answer your question, flywheel is quiet with no excess noise whatsoever. Who fitted yours mate? No noises though on mine, it was a tricky one to gauge as I went Tiptronic to V161 with the clutch that came with the box. Whilst a bit on the worn side, actual operation and noise wise it’s pretty much OEM. Think SRD were a bit worried when they saw the condition of the clutch, but they were surprised how well it drives. Think you’ll be happy mate.
