Hi,

Only a few days to go now, so there are a few things I need you all to do (as Facebook has proven, not everyone has read the FAQ thread!)

1. Read the FAQ Thread. Do everything that it says. It's absolutely essential that you do, or you may not come prepared (or worse still get your food and drink allocation).

2. PM me if your name is not Pam or Rhian and you are a vegetarian. If you don't do this, I won't cater for you in the shopping list and you'll be hungry.

3. PM me to confirm if you received your tickets if you haven't already contacted me. This is the last I will say about this, but loads haven't confirmed receipt.

4. Note that Thursday night is not a club funded drinking night. Technically Thursday is a set up night but it would be great to see lots of you there. Essentially, If you want to drink Thursday night, please bring your own.

5. Save my mobile number in your phone in case you get stuck: 07540 593917.

6. Do NOT, under any circumstances sit in my chair. You'll know it's my chair because it's the best chair.

7. Be really nice to my girlfriend when she arrives. I'll be running around after you lot and don't want her to feel neglected!

Adi.

I like the idea of a best chair competition. It means it's more likely mine will stay unmolested. Did you mean me with the text Jon? Not seen anything :(

Yeah, went through as an iMessage yesterday at 8:52 - No worries, it was only seeing if I could park the Audi near as I am going to be sleeping in it but you already answered that question on facebook.

Will come and find you when I get there.... getting big stickers made up to say MKIV SUPRA SUPPORT VEHICLE ;)

(On a serious note though, if you do need a big car to do any shopping on the Saturday its not a problem to use that)

I'm serious about my chair. Anyone found sitting in it will be refused entry next year (or proposed to). I'm making a list. It's like Santa's naughty list, but real.

And now to the really serious bit. I know a lot of those who are going, however there are a few that I don't, so I can't guage well enough if this needs to be said, and it's better to be safe than sorry:

Please Drink Responsibly!

There is a decent food and drink budget this year. That means there will be a lot of alcohol flowing. The club contibution didn't cover the marquee, which means all the food and drink was paid for directly by you guys (ie if you get completely wasted, it's of your own doing!). I won't hesitate to suggest someone should slow down if I think it's necessary, or even switch them to water only for a few hours; a particular member passed out on Saturday night last year, and as amusing as the pictures are, he appeared to be in a very bad way. It's funny, but similar circumstances at festivals recently have ended quite tragically. Please be safe; I want you all to have a good time, but equally want everyone to get home safely on Sunday too!

NB. This isn't intended to offend anyone, and I hope you all understand why it's been said :)
