C12MMO
Ive decided to get my built engine done by using a spare head/block so I can still enjoy driving the Supe while the engine is being built up. This said it does mean my complete TT setup including drive train (so auto box, prop, diff and driveshafts) will be up for grabs when the new engine and 6 speed gets dropped in (hopefully not too long after summer) Hmmm, Could you pm me the sort of figure you'd be after for all this? Would save me a lot of messing about by buying a full setup, especially knowing the care and attention you have given it. Thanks Karl

Littler
Thought I'd update this with the day at Shakespeare, as said in the other thread the car ran flawlessly with the best time being 13.4s @ 106mph running at 1.1 bar in full street trim. There was more to get out of the car with me getting 110mph terminals and 2.2s 60ft's (after tweaking tyre pressures), but never got a run where everything came together. Overall very pleased with the car and with there still being more boost to be gotten safely out of the twins the times could drop a little more A few pics of the car: http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=170772&stc=1&d=1370714878 http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=170773&stc=1&d=1370714878 http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=170774&stc=1&d=1370714878 http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=170775&stc=1&d=1370714878 http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=170776&stc=1&d=1370714878 Edited June 8, 2013 by Littler (see edit history)
Chris Bailey
I reckon you could get that car to dip into the 12's
Littler
Well I think I've decided on my next set of wheels, I've been searching for some for a while and had the following in mind: - Look good - Fit in with my stealth look, so a gunmetal, matt or satin black - Wide rears due to adding power - Simple design for easy cleaning (lazy I know lol) Now I love the CCW's but after thinking about it I would be spending more time cleaning them than driving the car but the 11.5" rear size is definitely something I want. So I've found these, think they look great, really would suit a black stealth Supra and they are made to spec. What do you think? Littler
I like them alot, what sort of asking price and where from? Would look good in a gunmetal. They are from Adv1 which is an American company but I'm going to speak to Jurgen about price as he has sourced a few sets of different adv1's including his own GTR wheels. I've shot an email over to them direct to see what their price is though What's that now, you want me to buy your Advans? I was waiting for someone to cotton onto what could be forsale lol I'm thinking: 18x9.5, 255/35 front 18x11.5, 305/35 rear Edited June 9, 2013 by Littler (see edit history)

Littler
$$$$ Yep! A quick search on supraforums shows that they are generally in a similar price range to the CCW's

Abz
Them wheels look freaking brilliant!! Why don't we have a decent alloy builder in the UK? All the nice wheels seem to be in the states!

Missile
Not a great job and the back wheel is on the front, best I could do with paint brush. Edited June 10, 2013 by Littler (see edit history)

Rob_Mitchell
Im not a fan of them wheels but there just not the style i like. It takes something very special to beat a set of polished CCW's especially on the sleeper US look you want.
marc_p
DO NOT get ADV1's Adam, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=717258 http://www.bimmerboost.com/showthread.php?2010-ADV1-wheels-have-been-kicked-off-of-all-Internet-Brands-sites I can grab a 100 more threads to the same effect if needs be. They are no where near the quality of CCW's, HRE, iForged, etc(hell, I would class Rotas as better)
