When your taking off in the manual mode, do you keep your right foot nailed to the floor? I find it a real difficult habbit to do this after driving a manual for so many years! Andy

Hi all, I think the TT accelerates great, but the initial pick up seems really unresponsive. Is this because I have an auto? How does everyone do it? Currently, I put the car in drive, keep the brake held down with my left foot so the right is ready to nail the throttle when I need to go. Is there a better way of doing this? Should I give it some revs before letting go of the brake? Please advise if you can! Andy

For what it's worth, I had an original Bomex bumper on my RX7. And the fitment was utter crap. Took a lot of adjusting to get it looking nice. Goes to show that even the big names can still make mistakes. Andy

I remember when a joyrider crashed into our front wall when I lived at home with my parents. We went outside after a big bang and saw the little street rats scurrying away. My Dad noticed there was a dozen cans of beer in the footwell, and one half drunk. My Dad told the policeman when they turned up, so what did they do? Thats right, reached right in, picked them up and offered them to my Dad?! Sounds like the boys in blue were SLIGHTLY more clued up on this occasion! Andy -

It's the way of the world, dude! Trust me, I know the feeling myself. I dont know why I even peruse this for sale section. I have less money now than when I did at 13 years old, I swear to God??? Might quit full time work and get a paper round again! To clarify, these are still for sale. Couple of people have shown interest (to which, of course, I will give first come first served treatment), but that all depends on postage costs. Andy

One set of original Veilside sideskirts for sale. In good condition, but one skirt has a spider crack in it. Just needs a sand down, and a skim of glassfibre/filler to get it flat again (see bottom picture). Looking for offers of around the £150 mark. Many thanks Andy P.S. Sorry the pictures are HOOOOOGE! Thinking either white with carbon fibre bonnet, mirrors and spoiler (TRD), or candy apple red on everything and make her spoiler-less. With regards to the VS skirts, I think they would go really well with a trail rear. Andy

Hi all, Need some advice....... I was dead set on this combo for my car (Trail rear bumper, Veilside sideskirts and a Do-Luck Type II front bumper). However, upon buying my skirts today, I have seen Tom's Supra with the full Blitz bodykit, and have decided it is fapping gorgeous! Never really was that keen on the Blitz ones from pics, but in the flesh, its amazing. Whats everyone elses thoughts? Mine will be kitted to show car standard by the end of 2006 with a few tweeks here and there!...... P.S. CJ's (saw it once at a show I took my RX7 to) and SupRo's both do it for me. On first seeing SupRo's, it made me realise just how much Im going to have to throw at my car to get it HALF as good as this mint, sensibly modified example. Andy
