Cheers, Ben. Yep, buttons to open the doors will either be on my remote fob or TVR stylee under the mirrors. The first thing I decided that had to go when i got my Soop was those door handles! They stick out further than the wing mirrors, Im sure??? Kinda look like they've come off a Panzer tank! Really spoiler the nice smooth lines of the car. Andy

Thanks very much for all your comments, guys. WELL, Ive decided to keep supporting the white corner and KEEP the car white! (WOOP WOOP! ) But just to give her a little extra, Im going to put a white groundcoat over her, then mix up a little House of Kolor White Sparkle in the final few coats to give her a little extra appeal. I thought about a TRD spoiler, but I want the car to look as smooth as possible, hence losing the door handles, wiper, aerial etc etc, and I think a spoiler will just 'clutter' the back end up again, so shes going to stay spoilerless! Got a little more done on the car over the weekend (hence why I wasnt at Boxhill). The front of the sideskirts are pretty much blended in now, as are the rear spats (the diffuser should turn up this week with a bit of luck, which should finish the back end nicely). In the mean time, Ive taken the spoiler off, taken the rear wiper off and removed the aerial. Hope to weld these up this week. Here is a couple of pics when i first took the spoiler off. Totally transforms the car, and I absolutely love it! Makes her look so clean and sleek in the flesh. She looks wider too without the spoiler? Weird?? AND you probably thought I had forgot about the front of the car.... NOT SO! Ive got a Bomex bumper to go on the front, but Ive changed it slightly just, again, to make her a little smoother. Here's a couple of before and afters... The indicators will be incorporated into the headlights, so the bumper will be much smoother without the big foglights and indicators, so it should be a little simpler than the standard jobbie to match in with the rest of the car.Hope you all like her latest changes! Door handles should be gone within a couple of weeks, then I can start thinking about painting her. Andy

Will have to leave it tomorrow methinkss. Got too much work to do on the car, and I dont want it to be 'on show' in a half finished state. Will wait til shes all tidied up and wait til later in the show season to say hello. Hope you have a great day, all. Andy

I think the kit was made by some Asian lads who set up a company called Kream, or something to that effect. The car was at the Max Power shows a couple of years ago. It looks okay, and I guess its nice to make your car different as anyone can bolt on a Do Luck/Bomex/Veilside etc etc bumper onto their car, BUT, I dont personally like it. The style really dumbs down the car. Andy

Me and a friend formed 'Sub Culture UK Ltd' a couple of years ago with the intention of building show cars. We've built a few now and hope to crack on more this year with the name and business, but due to illness and other commitments, it got put on the back burner last year. Always used the name for forums! Andy

Thanks very much, Andrew. Really useful examples there. And thanks, Ben too. Will try a bit of emery cloth on the terminals to rough them up. Just took the car for another spin. Within the first few minutes, I accelerated slowly and she just wouldnt shift up a gear? After a few minutes, she was good as gold. Tried to catch it off guard, but was perfect? This is really worrying me?? Only seems to be within the first few minutes of driving. Andy

Just checked, its ready over 12.5 (12.67v to be precise!). The car has just done a good 90 minutes driving though. Would I be best to check it in the morning after shes been standing still for a while? Andy

No, this is 15 minutes into a journey from cold starting. Hmm, think I will try a new battery and take it from there. Does that sound a good idea? Andy

This is kind of the paint scheme I mean. The Skunk one above is two tone, but something with a more definitive 50/50 split. What do people think of this colour scheme? Could it suit a Supe? Help??? My car hasn't felt quite right the last few days. Went to start her last week and the battery was totally flat. Jumped it off a starter pack and she fired first time. Havent needed to change the battery, although it takes a second to fire when i start her first thing in the morning, so I think I will. Not sure if that has anything to do with it, but now sometimes when I pull away, its like the car wants to stall on me. The steering becomes heavy too, so I have to reapply the gas and then it seems okay. Its done this a couple of times. Just doesnt feel quite right. Is this just common battery probs, or have I got a prob with my box? Sorry to be a bother, advice gratefully received though. Andy

Umm.... kinda like that... but nice?! Firstly, those colours really dont go well together. Secondly, the break line is AWFUL, and thirdly the Saxo kit really doesnt help! Two tone can look damn cool. Think this picture proves there isnt any Supes with it done well. Decisions decisions, got so many ideas running around in my head. From Murcielago green, to white with a pearl and vinyl/graphics... cant make me mind up!!!! Andy
