it's not broken up shells down there is it? if you need someone a little more gentle to take it down the strip for you i'll volunteer my services, just this once, at no cost. everytime i've seen it run, Kevin has broken it

i don't fancy getting up too early! if we met at Mascrat at say 7.30-8 & get to Pod for 10.30-11 is that early enough? i also wondered whether to head down the night before & stay at the Travelodge at Toddington Services where they're all convoying from in the morning? it's currently £39 for a room (can sleep adults)

i agree Rob, as long as you're not steaming along a bumpy road it seems ok & speed bumps rarely catch with my OEM bilstein setup it's just sudden inclines that are the problem for me, e.g. car park ramps, driveway entrances, etc

is there a certain time we have to be there for? i've got a 3.5 hour drive to get there & ain't the best at getting up early!

does this mean there's no traffic light start? i thought one of the trophies was for fastest 60ft time & your reaction to the lights counted against this? not that i'm competitive or anything

just paid up so i'm in, representing the NorthWest contingent done it at Elvington a few times but never been to Pod (never liked the look of those walls instead of the grass at the side of Elvington!)

is there a seperate adjuster for warm idle? i recall collecting my car from Hyper Sports once & it was high idling after i'd got a mile or two down the road. when i went back, he just adjusted something on the throttle cable with a spanner & it was sorted

cheers for that, i can see the PAS replacement now, just hadn't seen it or a new expansion tank in the original kit pictures is there a set of instructions at all, specific to the Supra too? i'm just trying to weigh up whether this is something i could do myself!

it does look like a very good fit. did it bolt straight on to some existing holes somewhere too with brackets that came with it? doesn't look like it needed anything for moving the PAS pipe or the expansion tank either?

those who were considering Supra Pod on the 21st, have any of you decided on whether you're up for it? the risk of shite weather is the only thing holding me back at the mo, but i think we only have until the 15th to decide before other marques are given the remaining spaces

are you heading to Sharm el Sheikh? if you are then i can highly recommend Echo Temple, miles out in the desert, that is an open air temple in between some rocks used as a night club for Pacha & Minstry of Sound great excuse to experience the 'flying coffins' too!

it's fantastic there Rob, be sure to try 'the Tunnel' black run up at the top, you go from one side of the mountain to the other through a little ice tunnel

the rule seems to be: if you're in the Supra, you'll see none, or if you're lucky, one going in the opposite direction if you're in the wife's Yaris you'll be inundated with Ferraris, TVRs, etc, etc & you are bound to see a Supra

which one is the Standish BP? I only know the one at the Tickled Trout. I'm never sure what time i'll be finishing though so will prob just meet you there anyway unless i catch you up on the way again Gaz is a maybe i think, his car only went back in to Hyper within the last couple of days
