i bought my Corbeau Carrera subframes from Paul Whiffin @ http://www.whifbitz.co.uk they are custom made by Corbeau in the UK & were fairly reasonably priced considering you can fit them easily yourself & wouldn't require any fabrication or labour charges for someone to fit them, just a screwdriver & socket set

gutted i'd just literally been persuaded by their 3rd begging letter (which arrived this morning!!) to renew my subscription which ran out 2 months ago

Nic's offering some pretty good prices at the mo on a JVC & Kenwood option so i think i'm going to go for one of those

anything ever materialise with this? i'm currently looking again for a double din unit & there's a 'Sell DAV-6522' unit on ebay that looks like a bargain but i'm not convinced on these cheap chinese units that seem similar to the Caska just wondered if anyone had found a decent one before i start dreamin about a Kenwood again

gutted i had my arsenal top in the back waiting so i could put it on at an appropriate time just after you'd arrived but i ended up gettin there really early, not staying long & set off before you arrived as for the parking issue, providing you're there for 6.30 ish it's fine for getting in - they were just trying to get everyone to fill up from the end onwards i think, not that that is usually a problem it's the d!cks who just park in the middle of the lanes instead when there's no spaces left

i'll take mine at £10 please would it be more hassle for you to start grouping them together if people all got it from their local representative? personally, i wouldn't mind handing out at our local meet (Mascrat Manor on the 2nd monday of the month) as i'm sure other wouldn't but it ain't gonna solve everyone is it? how about if people want to risk the £3 it's at their own risk, otherwise it's £7 for guaranteed delivery via the courier? is it the same price regardless of how many you buy?

sorry i had to bail before we got to the lights people - after sitting there & only getting halfway towards even the start of the illuminations there was no way i was going to make it through & then on to the party i was due at so i figured i may as well just head there a bit early if it's any consolation, the party was sh*t nice chatting to you folks earlier on though & at the pub - i'll hopefully catch up with you all at Mascrat in a couple of weeks btw, i can't wait to hear Mike's follow up to this quote on the traffic tonight... "it should be ok once we get to Starr Gate...." i heard figures of about 4.5 hours to get through the lights? hope you all enjoyed it anyway
