  1. Anymore advice on dating anyone? I need it! I'm on my first date tonight after breaking up with my gf of 6 years! This is all new to me, I'm shittin it to say the least. I pulled this bird Saturday night in a night club. She seemed ok from what I can remember! Her names Tracey and she's from Bilston. That means sod all to nearly everyone on here but trust me, this doesn't seem very promising. I bet she wears big hooped earings!
  2. Bit of a thread hijack but thought I'd ask - sorry I'm getting an RSR exhaust next week and was wondering about the baffle. You see I don't like ridiculously loud exhausts! I'm a shy kinda guy and don't like too much attention, that's why I drive a Sup! Should I put my baffle in then? Will it affect performance in any way?
  3. Best I ever saw was one of them Mr Sizzle type fans after the match that sold kebabs It was rather geniusly called... Jason's Doner Van
  4. Welcome to TT ownership finally Flat4. Always amazed me how many posts you had on this board without actually owning a Supra! The Sup def has something the Scooby hasn't. Everytime my Scooby owning mate goes in mine there's a look of amazement on his face. He knows his modded Scoob couldn't keep up with even my standard Supra 50mph+ BTW, where's the pics?
  5. Ok, total thread hijack but I'm a little confused so need to ask. Sorry 'letmeshowyou'!! My car is totally standard but I'm fully decating in the next couple of weeks. I'm currently on 0.7 - 0.8 bar and hoping for around 1.0 - 1.2 bar when the decat is done. What kind of approx figures do you think I'm running now and what kind of approx figures will l be running afterwards? I'm auto Jspec btw and it's a '94.... It's the rwhp and fwhp that's confusing me? which is which and what figure do people normally quote when quoting bhp?
  6. PM for you Clarkey! Oh, forgot to ask in PM - you got the baffle too? I'm not sure if I'd want it to be toooo loud!

    at last

Nice wheels mate! Although I would say that, I have the same ones!
  9. On here? Where can I find this then matey?
  10. Anyone else got the 30gb/60gb video Ipod? I've had mine a few days and still can't upload any video clips to it! I've tried with Itunes and nothing happens and also looked at the Apple website but that's no help either. From what I can gather I need to convert files to MPEG4 files and then use Itunes to upload???? Any ideas what program I need to do all this? I've downloaded something called Videora but can't get it to do anything! Help!

    Limited?

No, just dropped down to about 105mph as said by Gazza above. Is my car reading higher speeds due to my wheels do you think?
  12. Conrad

    Limited?

Things is, the company who imported my car did a proper job with the Odometer and fog light etc. My clock and speedo has been changed into miles and fog light mounted correctly into the rear bumper. I thought they would have delimited it too!

    Limited?

Yeah, mine does this. Kills the power for a few seconds! I'll have a look on those websites, cheers Gazza

    Limited?

Took my car out for my first spirited run since installing my boost gauge to check boost levels today! Thankfully I was getting a consistent 0.8bar on a good run which is good for a stock TT. Thing is, when I got to 120mph ( ) all power shut down. I'm assuming this was the limeter? I tried again and sure enough it did the same. Now I thought it was a 112mph limit? Was my odo reading high cus of my 18's? Also, how do I get it delimited and how much does it cost?
  15. OMG, I'd marry that arse on the first two. Not bothered whats attached to it.... Any more fit birds on there? There's just too many links on there to view all, we need shortcuts..... Also, sorry for being dumb but is this site just some random yanks personal pics?
  16. Doh, you read my mind and posted while I was asking.... :D
  17. Mate, that's more than enough for me! Thanks So am I right in thinking that if a TV is HDTV ready they have a HDMI socket on the back of it? I've noticed loads of DVD players that have HDMI but not so many TV's that mention it. Basically can I assume a HDTV ready TV can be connected to a DVD player with HDMI? If that made any sense whatsoever...... PS - Sorry for the thread hijack!
  18. Mate, you sound as you're in the know on this kind of stuff.... I'm looking to buy an LCD TV in the next couple of months when our new house is ready. What is all this HDTV / HDMI thing? How essential is it to have it? I don't want to spend a grand on a TV to find out it'll be obsolete or lacking connection options a few years down the line.
  19. Yeah error too.... Was well into my clubbing a few years ago; Gatecrasher, Sundissential, Insomniacs etc etc... :music: Those were the days! Not for me anymore though, my body can't take it!
  20. I meant the block and beam part! The tan in the summer is ok though, but I'm pale skinned and freckly so the red lobster phase before the tan is APIA.
  21. Doh, good job that aint mine, you should of seen the bird I pulled New Years Eve My New Years eve resolution is to get a new bird! Mine dumped me last month after 6 years together! Merry Xmas ay? In order to do this though I gotta get down the gym and get a new wardrobe! So a few resolutions for me I guess.....
  22. I've just got in from work and I'm freezing! I work for my old man in the building game and he's a right slave driver! Been grafting hard too, block and beam flooring (doubt most of you know what that is!)
  23. Christ, I bet your mates gutted! I would be, especially this time of year. Was it a well known importer? What do you think his chances are on getting his money back?
