I've been in a Navara but never driven one, from what I recall the interior was a bit bland. My old man owns a Mitsubishi L200 Animal which I use all the time for work. I totally love it, 18's and full black leather. Not sure how it compares to the Navara but my only complaints is the amount of fuel it gets through and the turning lock. This lack of lock makes it APITA to park, a three point turn is nigh on imposible too! Check out both the Navara and L200 I reckon. Mate, the Sup's rear seats are perfect for kids! As for Sup Vs Scoob you'll only ever get biased views on here (and rightly so! ) My mate has a modded MY00 classic but totally loves my Supra. He only had a decat on his Impreza before. Then he drove my standard Supra and couldn't believe how quick and nimble it was. He's since spent ££££'s on his Scoob cus he doesn't want me to be quicker! This is all pointless mind because I'm going BPU in a couple weeks and I'll still have him! But the best thing imo is the looks. The Sup is sooooo much better looking! I'll never forget over hearing my mates missus telling him she liked my Supra so much better than his Scooby!

Hello & Welcome to the club mate. The red button is to take the car out of P (Park) when the car is turned off (or you have a flat battery) The lights on the dash tell you what gear you're in, P = Park, N = Neutral, R = Reverse, D = Drive. The Manu button is to drive the car manually. L = 1st, 2 = 2nd, D = 3rd & 4th. You'll no doubt discover the O/D (overdrive) button too. With 'O/D Off' you have no 4th gear. The O/D button is good for when you're tootling along in 4th and you wanna overtake. Turn O/D off and you'll change down a gear to 3rd before you overtake. This avoids having to engage a 'kickdown' during a takeover maneuver. Hope that helps dude! BTW, what car you got? TT or N/A. Oh yeah, wheres the pics?

Ok Digsy, sorry for the total thread hijack but wanted to ask a quick question or two about oil boilers. We've just bought a run down farm house out in the sticks nowhere near mains gas. We were going for LPG but have been advised that it's mega expensive to centrally heat a house like ours. Have you got any pointers on this kinda thing? Do you have LPG gas fires and stoves or is it all electric with your CH in oil? Any advice appreciated.

Just bought me a spanking new laptop with all the trimmings! (loving the wireless!) Anyhow, seeing as I'e got a decent graphics card now I thought I'd get me a few games. Burning DVD's takes me far too long and I can't get as many files on a DVD as I know you can. I've had DVD's in the past with 4 or 5 episodes of Lost on yet I can only get two on. Also, it takes as long to burn the DVD's using Nero as it does to watch them. It seems to be converting every frame or something, two episodes of Lost takes approx two hours to burn! Can I compress the files somehow to fit more on a DVD? And can I write them any quicker? Nero can convert files to DVD 9 format whatever that is but my DVD player wont play it. Any advice guys and gals? What programs do you use?

TBH , I wouldn't have cared what it looked like. I'm so Supra biased I would have wanted the MkV regardless. Thankfully it's an absolute beast. I'm glad the MkV isn't gonna be under the Lexus badge as previously rumoured. Is this def the new Supra? Any ideas on performance and price?
