  1. Video of Christian's 2nd run at TOTB4 yesterday. http://www.mysupra.co.uk/TOTB4run2.wmv
  2. That's what I said as it went to 81, 82 ... 83!
  3. Left TOTB yesterday running on fumes. Limped to the nearest Shell and filled up - £79.60 (I tried to squeeze the last 40p in but she'd have none of it!). 83 litres! 95.9p a litre!!! Has anyone ever put more in a supra or had a more expensive fill-up?
  4. Thanks Kopite! Yes it is a personal best, but the 12.09 was his first ever run on drag radials. Yesterday his best on street tyres was 12.56. But his previous P.B. of 12.14 was on streets.
  5. We arrived dead on 8. Chris Mann apologised saying as the weather had been so awful the day before they hadn't been able to mark out any club spots. We drove down to the start line, but there wasn't anywhere left. Have to say we were pretty p'd off at the amount of space some people were taking up for 2 cars - pretty selfish really.
  6. We totally agree! We drove up late on Saturday from Kent and drove back today (made a weekend of it). Totally ours and paid for with LOADS of our 'hard earned'! Christian's best 1/4 mile time 12.09 @ 121 mph. Top speed too disappointing to mention (for a car that's previously done 187).
  7. Those bits are not in shot! I think the names suit them
  8. They're lovely! Which one's which?
  9. I have checked. Ours is a Sony, we have 2 batteries which charge via mains, no car charger, sorry Gareth! Jen

    M25 more chaos!

Yea, but they should all be off the roads on holiday! We never take time off over the school holidays as it's usually the clearest time on the roads and makes our 110 mile a day trip to work bearable (and our boys are 'all growed up')! But it has been terrible for the last 2 weeks.
  11. Mine arrived today too!
  12. I voted Galaxy, does it seem that the ladies prefer it?
  13. We have a pit pass too, so leave a spot for me please?
  14. That's it then! We'll have to come! (And we wanna give you a hug!) Jen & Christian xx

    M25 Fcuked!

Yea, cr*p; 4 hours from J11 to Gravesend in Kent, but went through London and stopped for a bite to eat on the way.
  17. http://www.handsontraining.co.uk/tom.jpg With our latest laptop, get a *FREE* 'Purdey' wig! (You need to be over 30 to get this one!!).

    A Sad Day...

    Keep the happy memories Bobbeh!
  19. FYI we removed ours (TRD) at RAF Woodbridge and gained 4 m.p.h.
  20. £283.63 + VAT then, not far out.
  21. Any idea how much extra for carbon fibre Nic? (Our old panels are C.F., but could do with 'freshening up'!). Also, if exchanged, would only be able to send back the old once the new fitted; any idea of air mail cost back to you (in HK?).
  22. If you mean how did I damage her? After a light rain shower, exited Services in Belgium 'in convoy' (I was 2nd), where it hadn't rained for 6 weeks (so we found out later), wasn't pushing it hard and the back just went (someone else in the convoy felt his back go too; in a Skyline GTR), got her back in a straight line twice, thought it was over and touched the brake .... BIG MISTAKE, she just spun around ... One of the worst days of my life, but nobody was hurt, just my beautiful car General consensus was a fuel spill combined with the 'greasy' effect of rain aftrer a prolonged dry period (perhaps they were just trying to make me feel better, but I've never had anything happen like that in over 25 years) and RLTC did SFA .
