  1. Enjoy getting an arm covered in dirty engine oil when you un-screw the filter!
  2. Don't hold me 100% but pretty sure they are paper filters that are pulled out of the casing. You'll know what I mean when you get it. In fact, here it is... This says 2.0 tdci but its the same. Looking at it, you can use a normal socket on the filter. [video=youtube;L--kaIb5GoI] Around 2.30 mins shows you the oil filter.
  3. Got a orange one if thats of any use?
  4. Just to add, I think there is a special tool for removing the oil filter (going from memory). It's at the front of the engine in from underneath. In a black plastic screw on thing, if I remember right, there is a allen key socket to drain the oil out before removing the actual canister that contains the paper element type oil filter inside. And stick a new sump plug washer on too! EDIT: When I say special tool, i mean a decent pair of large opening grips tend to work but there is a special socket adapter thingy that can be used.
  5. May as well do a cabin (pollen) filter whilst your at it, these tend to get missed all to often. Plus remember is specific oil in those, 5w30 Semi Synthetic. Although I think now it has been classed as Fully Synthetic now as it contains to many Synthetic 'bits'!
  6. You did when you were 12! And you did when you were serving me food daily!
  7. Did you honestly think anyone would say anything to you? I sure bloody wouldn't!
  8. I also have a set of pre facelift lights, number plate lights and all the looms you need dude. I'm not close to Devon though but may have a work collegue going there around Christmas time if thats any good? Or can box and post..
  9. If it's the one I think it is then they are great CJ, Normally retail around the £100 mark. If it has the heat bits then you'll love it Col. Brad, is it the one with the heat as well?
  10. If I remember right, I don't think Win XP will register anything more than 3GB of memory, even if you put 4GB in it. I'm sure someone with better knowledge than me. I tend to buy all my computer stuff from http://www.ebuyer.com As for the Dell 17R, I just bought the wife one. Apart from all the junk that comes with any new computer it seems very good. My only niggle is the keyboard seems very cheap feeling, battery life seems to be very good too. That one you listed is maybe a little over priced i'd say, I got a i3 version for a little more than that and with a 500gb drive.
  11. I think you've hit a very touchy subject! My daughters school have never mentioned anything about filming or photography at her school plays / sports days etc but our local swimming pool won't allow photography. I'm not sure there is a law as such, I think it's more a case of 'just in case', so they don't get any come back or complaints about people filming etc. I'm going to my baby girls school play this coming Wednesday, so fingers crossed I can film her, as her school plays are so funny. There is always a twist to them! As for the Christopher Graham thing, I'd happily show anyone my video's of my little girl as I'm happy to say all I care about is my girl. End of the day, she is fully dressed so can't see any problems.
  12. For some strange reason, I keep thinking of a cross between Jimmy Saville and that dude out of Austin Powers! As for the car, I think that must be the Veilside of the Mercedes world!
  13. Just noticed Game are also offering this for £22.49. Would you guys recommend this? Bearing in mind I don't like the Assasins Creed games but enjoy most other games.
  14. Just done that and not seeing any difference, should it look like this: [ video][ url]blahblahblah [ url][ /video] minus the spaces of course. Sorry for the dumbness!
  15. Just to bump this again. Just stumbled uppon this. If someone can put it direct on here that may help but it seems to put everything thats been talked about and more all into one video. Didn't know you could adjust screen brightness by swiping the top of the screen left or right!
  16. Now, are you meaning the try before you buy shirt or is it the try before you buy 13-14 year old girls?
  17. I'll do you a compete NA engine for £100..
  18. You are right Scott, Needs dipped and main for an MOT and they need to be a matched pair, so can't get away with just 1 main. As above dude
  19. I can check Monday if its a 7 speed. But either way, you won't be dissapointed with the 6 speed. You'll never feel it change up/down. Super smooth.
  20. Yes they are a super smooth box.. But the V12?? would you be happy with your Mrs driving one? Probably the same with 99% of us men. They would never use 75% of what it's got. The 5.0 V10 diesel is pretty special too. But not had the chance to have a go yet I think 35 is a bloody good figure to be getting, especially in something that big. Most newer diesels don't get the MPG older diesels do so to have a good compromise between good power/MPG is a result.
  21. Cool, never seen one, they don't seem to have the rear 'boot' space to have room for extra seats! It does help alot, makes it simple to park for such a long car. Those crazy lines on the screen are very acurate!
