Maybe they should add a 'fat tax' on foods, so anything with the labels in green is OK, if they're yellow they get 2% added for each section that's yellow, and red gets 5% for each section! So a £2 sandwich with yellow sugar and salt and red fat would cost £2.18. That would get people looking at what they're buying a bit more!! Unfortunately these programs tend to focus on one point, like sugar, and ignore all other improtant factors in health like your lifestyle and how much water you drink. Anyone watch Horizon last night?

Which is why I asked, as that seems extreme to me. To me as long as we don't buy the "Chicken Korma with Rice" - [Microwave on full power for 3min] things then we're doing OK. I'm not trying to do anything special with my body except lose a stone (which I need exercise more than a change of diet for). We see ourselves as cooking food now albeit using sauce jars and stuff, but at least it's not what we would call ready meals/TV dinners.

How far do you go though? We do jacket spuds, pasta bake, spag bol, various other pasta things (tuna neapolitana being a fave), toad in the hole and veg. But we don't make it all ourselves, we buy jars of bol sauce and pasta bake sauce, we buy frozen toad in the hole, and frozen veg (which is healthier than fresh!). Is that what you mean when you say cook yourself? Or do you lot make your own bol sauces? Buy all the veg seperate and fresh? What do you mean by ready meals?

Is there much difference when considering going single on a VVTi instead of an older engine? Will you need a different ECU etc.?

We do cook things ourselves, but generally only at weekends when we've got time. It's nothing to do with not wanting to learn it's to do with not having spare time in the evening to prepare everything. When we get in from work it's so simple to grab something out the freezer and stick it in the oven - I get people saying we should put a slow cooker on in the morning and it's ready when we get home - but when can you prepare it all!!

When wandering through the forrest with Hurley he said "I'd make a rubbish father", so something about the island being there resulted in Jack not having a baby boy! Of the 6 candidates; Sawyer is wandering, Jack and Hurley are at the lighthouse, Lock is dead, Jin is with (mental) Claire and Sayid is at the temple. So who's the bad thing going to the temple as Jacob said? Is that Claire and Flocke (and Jin)? Will Sayid have to do something or has him getting the virus made him lose his candidateship?

L400 Delicas are prone to rusting around the sunroof motor and the crystal-lite roof motors - apparently something to do with the support bar being made of a different metal to the roof, and they react in some way where they touch and cause rust. The L300 is a lot worse, the pics attached are of an L300. My rusty hole has just started leaking through! It didn't look too bad from outside so I've never thought about fixing it. People on the forum have said they've had it 'professionally' repaired before only for it to break through again within 18 months! So what can I do myself? Apart from gaffa tape? I'm no good with cars and stuff generally so a magic potion would be brilliant. Otherwise how much is a garage likely to charge for this kind of thing? Is it garage or bodyshop I need to phone? I'm not fussed about colour matching really.

Surely the best thing is to keep the peak of the power curve in the middle of your change band? For example (with simplified numbers): Peak power is at 6000 (400BHP), you change gear at 6500 (380BHP), and in the next gear your revs are 5500 (380BHP) ready to go up and down the peak again. Your BHP never drops below 380 unlike if you changed at 7000 (360BHP) and dropped down to 6000 in the next gear. I'm not sure how much input the torque curve gives though, maybe you need a mix of the 2?

And they do the DOT COM bit in a stupid computer voice. So now we use it whenever possible around the house at random moments, like "Are we going shopping? DOT COM".

Sky seems the worst for adverts, probably because you get the normal number of ads then an additional selection for Sky stuff that I don't want to watch.

What colour is everything else? Tables and bookshelves etc.? Is your TV and electrical equipment silver or black?
