  1. I have a great deal from o2. £20/month including VAT gets me 600 mins, 1000 texts and unlimited web browsing. I think the offer was only until end of sept, but they might have extended it. The closest I could get to that was T-Mobile, where the 600mins/texts was the same, but web browsing was £7.50 extra on top. It's a Simplicity sim-only tariff, bought online. I can leave whenever I want. I didn't need a phone, and you end up paying £10 - £15 extra per month to cover the phone anyway.
  2. I think most NAs and some TTs are like that. All UK cars have airbags, and my J spec TT does too.
  3. Me too. They do/did a V12 as well
  4. Me too, although a lot of early Jap spec cars are airbagless too.
  5. I just checked, my XP SP3 laptop also doesn't have auditing enabled for logon events. If you're on Home edition you might not have Local Security Policy. That would also be why you can't find Local Users and Groups. Home edition doesn't have it.
  6. I don't think anything is wrong. I think you have enabled auditing for account logon events. This would normally not be enabled on a workstation. Control panel -> admins tools -> local security policy -> audit policy. These are anonymous logons, probably computers in your house looking for or accessing network shares. Try unticking file/printer sharing on your network connection's properties if you don't actually need/want to share any printers or folders within the house. I have a feeling the ianmanserver is actually Lanmanserver. I think the references to ianmanserver you are seeing on Google are all typos. Maybe SP3 enables auditing by default.. I haven't noticed but I do have sp3 on my laptop so might have a look. You do have a router, right? Not just an ASDL modem? Else it could be coming from t'interweb.
  7. It even sounds funny when you say it! Anyway, they did way more than just Ghostbusters
  8. Yeah Juno was OK too. Be Kind Rewind was just funny. I really enjoyed it
  9. Whaaa?! It was a great film! Proper imaginative light hearted fun.
  10. The Dark Knight Death Race You Don't Mess With The Zohan Rendition Street Kings Iron Man Wall-e (not out on vid yet In Bruges Generation Kill (HBO tv series if that counts?) 11. I have been looking for that! I googled it on the cinema release date and it looked like it was only showing at two small cinemas in London or something. Is it out on DVD?
  12. These are all good: The Counterfeiters Bank Job Team America World Police Son of Rambow One Flew over the Cookoo's Nest League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
  13. Is a PCI SATA card no good? I have only ever used the opposite kind of adapters/bridges, those which were supplied with SATA-only motherboards in the early days when SATA optical drives didn't exist.
  14. The "credit crunch" is bloody great. The whole cause of house prices being ridiculous is due to too much credit being handed out to people who can't afford it. Now inflation and oil/energy prices.. that's not so good.

    Coil Packs

Have you tried a Toyota dealer, for example Steve Manley?
  16. Well, it's more for fun for me, and maybe the lad will take to it.. guitar was a waste of money for him, so I don't think I'll be going for proper cymbals. Drum shop in Eccles looks awesome, thanks very much. I reckon I'll be popping over there at the weekend. I believe Sound Control in Salford is gone now..
  17. Slightly OT but sounds like some of you guys do drums. I am thinking about buying an electronic drum kit. Should I get a TD-9KX or the upcoming 2Box Drumit 5? Or something else? Space is a concern so I might end up with a Roland HD-1, but will that just be shite?

    help (FUEL)

It's the charcoal canister I think, and it's supposed to make strange noises
  19. I like it. Superman's song is better though
  20. Well, he is obsessed with Superman
  21. Oh yeah, that's lucky http://www.rhinosoft.com/knowledgebase/kbimages/kb1685-2.jpg Maybe you should set it to 3 attempts within 999 seconds = block for 999 minutes or something ! I'm sure the defaults will do though.. it'll slow them down a lot.
  22. I figured it would be. The garage I deal with are very good and experienced.
  23. My garage says they will be using air instead of rope. I dread to think what would happen if someone accidentally turned off the compressor or something though
  24. Maybe the cold is doing more than just slowing down their reproduction. Perhaps it's weakening the bacteria and suppressing their ability to fight ?
