Unbelievable. They're giving me an estimated shipping date (absolute latest, supposedly), of 23rd August.. I've been waiting since 22nd July already. What's more annoying is that my customer has to wait for their computer 'cause it's part of the same order. I ordered another computer + 27" screen for a customer on 10th July. That hasn't arrived yet either -
Injectors and spark (ignitors / coils? surely they will draw a noticeable amount too).

but you would need to test with engine off to leave out the alternator, and other than injectors I am wondering what else would be missing from the result.

I wonder if you could test this by putting the ignition to 2 or whatever it is (engine not started), so that the fuel pump, ecus etc run, and stick an ammeter in line with the battery. The only obvious thing I can guess is that the injectors wouldn't be running.

I've got a pic of a BMW 316i next door to my gran's which has an M3 badge on one side of the boot, and a Lamborghini badge on the other side. Does that count?

I might have missed something at the start, but what did those kids do wrong? I think his reaction was way OTT and wouldn't be too surprised to hear of him being suspended from duty, especially the way he pushed the kid down. ah, just watched Nic's last video

I presume "downshift blip" is for auto/tip only? How else would it know you were about to downshift?

They've always been OK with me, unless my accountants are chasing on my behalf? I paid my corporation tax a month or so early this year, and they sent me a cheque for the interest that they'd accumulated in that month!

I took pictures of the failing/squeaking pulley, i.e. rubber belt running around the bit it's not meant to. It's on here somewhere.

You are spot on in your suspicions, in my opinion. As well as the mileage thing, buyers of imports need to get over this "fresh import" mentality. There's nothing fresh about the fact that your used car just came from Japan instead of the UK!

Those wishbones (Lower Control Arm & Upper Control Arm) are about £190 and £230 for what I remember. Jez might help you with a cheaper one once you know which is bent.

I love the FK452s in the wet. They slide beautifully. However since Amanda is driving the Supra now, I might look at these Toyos when the Falkens need replacing.

Off topic , but speaking of sucking eggs. I've googled this and discussed with people before (and nobody agrees), but surely "sucking eggs" is a euphemism for sucking titties? It can't just be me who thinks that makes sense? Babies don't need to be taught to suck titties do they, hence the term "to suck eggs"? Surely I'm onto something ?

Guys, it's not too bad really. The chrome effect is too much, but the body looks how it's meant to look I think. Not my cup of tea but it's not too bad, and most importantly he's not asking £20,000 for it which I think deserves a medal for being in the real world, as compared to say that silver-carbon fibre seriously-front-mount heap thing (nob'er or whatever he's called.).

If I don't sell this airbag + 3-spoke wheel + airbag Supra adapter harness, I'll sell you the airbag & adapter for £90.. should fit your wheel. I have an interested party in the whole setup though, but I haven't managed to get photos to him yet..
