Hi all, I have a sticker on the front panel under the bonnet which is in Japanese and I'm wondering if it's a cam belt change sticker any idea how I can decipher it?

I done mine last weekend as I have gold wheels I done them smooth hamerite black with white decals and was really pleased with the result,sorry about the photo but it's a rubbish camera on this tablet!
