no one can give advise on whats the best way to sort the issues without seeing the car. light scratches may polish out depending on how much paint is on the car, slightly deeper may need paint work. but as i say it needs to be seen in person

i would go bigger. where are you planning to fit it? i run a 235mm 25 row where the side mount was, but if you put it there you need a fan on it as well with a temp sensor. so when in traffic the fan will keep air flow moving through the core when oil temp rises. been running mine at bpu like this for years with no issues hth -

a few questions people might want answered mileage? number of owners? when and where was the refresh done? you should really mention its an auto converted to 6 speed. have any suspension components been replaced(upper arms) twin box coolers on a manual?? oh and don't do it, you will regret it;)

i would keep it and fit it, excellent piece of kit, that is now discontinued.

i have a reservoir but not sure on pipes just found it, it has the pipe and fitted for the pump, the other line to the cooler is just a straight length of hose. i'll pm you my number, and if you text me i'll send a picture of what i have here cheers simon

if you have a car doing this, i'd say you have an issue somewhere.

its not the type of red that causes it to fade, its the type of paint that was used back in the day. these days it will be fine. on a uk car id keep it the stock colour to maintain value if it was mine.
