  1. Silver / Grey / Black / Gunmetal Anything else IMO is a bit "cheap boredom mod"
  2. As I said I'm not pushing to sell it too soon so please keep an eye on it!
  3. Thought I'd post this up in here, have a sofa & chair for sale from Thomas Lloyd, link below https://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/thomas-lloyd-real-leather-high-back-chesterfield-sofa-and-chair-with-delivery/1162667177 Feel free to make me an offer - will give you guys a lower price, say £250ish instead of the £300 asking price. I honestly don't know what these go for even though they cost a fortune when new
  4. Watched Deadpool - finally. I think it was a bit over hyped but it was a great movie, Ryan Reynolds killed it
  5. Good choice, I loved my mk1 MX5 (UK, 145BHP with the timing mod). Brilliant second car and perfectly capable daily
  6. +1, over the salty season i don't bother but when its dry & roads are clear, eve if its freezing I'm glad to take it out when i like to
  7. I have a tiptronic so have best of both, few times i wished i had the manual to have some clutch control but overall the auto is so much easier to live with & when its noise time I have my paddles I think tiptronics are the future of sports cars now tbh, for slow cars i prefer manual though because it makes them more lively. Like my daily fiesta is pretty fun... If it was an auto it'd be miserable
  8. My questions is... ... how long until a hydrogen V8? In my head it'll sound like a very buzzy V6...
  9. I have noticed this, R8 owners try not to look at you/the car in that invisible blinker mode... Fiesta STs though "I CAN HAVE THAT SOOPRA!"
  10. Oooh, another one... twice in a petrol station "Bet that's not cheap to fill up" - "I hope you don't spend too much time in here!" Reality = only putting in £20 a time and typically having to go to the petrol station every other drive
  11. People worry about all this "go green" stuff, but there's nothing preventing me from buying a TVr Chimaera 5.0, decatting it and taking it to my local circuit to burn some petrols and tyres On the other hand the enviro-mental-ists have now given me the ability to walk into a dealership, and come out with a big, expensive German GT car that does 0-60 in a few seconds thanks to its twin turbo petrol engine... But average about 36mpg. BMW 640i coupe... I plan to get one depending on Mazda MX5 RF prices...
  12. I've had nothing but praise, only negative comments have been from colleagues trying to poke fun about how i can't go over speed bumps (I can) and how big the spoiler is (required I guess). But these people drive Vauxhall corsas, Citroen C1s etc so it's not like they can brand it a poor choice of vehicle. My Fiesta gets the stick sadly, especially after having a very nice Alfa - I do regret trading it in against a Fiesta, stupidest decision I've ever made EDIT: three people have asked about it but assumed it was a Celica, luckily positive comments followed otherwise my twitching eye would become a shouting mouth :v
  13. PAS Pump available? Looked through the pics but couldn't spot one.
  14. Agreed, such a good noise - clean and powerful. Supras sound like boats in comparison

    New 2017 GTR

I think if I had a 2016 GTR I could save a fortune by fitting Toyota Celica gen7 headlights, it'll look the same.
  16. Only issue is with the older lot is they take every boyfriend as a marriage candidate and not a sausage for their hot dog bun. that and you have to be nice to them, treat them well and spend money on them etc. It's awful, who ahs time for that?!

    Tyre pricing

Count your blessings, my local fitter who I think well of now only stock Hankooks "Hello, could you get me a price on 245/40/18s - Ideally Goodyear F1s" - *sucks air in through teeth* "Not in stock but we do have Hankooks in that size, they'll be just as good..." *Sound of a twin-turbo straight 6 bellowing into the distance before he finishes his sentence*
  18. And lack of single player... I bought it for £20 on release so I'm perfectly happy, but people who spent £40+ I feel bad for because it's half a game. I think they plan on bringing out a lot of DLC and add-ons for it so hopefulyl we get new maps & new operators is highly likely. Give STALKER a try, they're a bit old but the gameplay is incredible, you'll fit right into it after Metro. Also lot sof overhaul mods, so say you get STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl... with the 3-4 major overhaul mods you've got 4 games to play.
  19. It's good fun with friends but i think the consensus is it gets repetitive... Rainbow 6 Siege is brilliant if you can get it for about £20. If you like games like The Division though try: STALKER, Metro 2033, Farcry and Destiny. Escape from Tarkov is an upcoming one that looks incredible
  20. Meet up and just stare at your phones for a few hours, all the rage with the kids. Typically I just take them somewhere they like e.g. mini golf or a frigging museum or something, then drinks and see what happens. normally at this point they see "omg I wanna see your dog" where we go back to mine, watch a movie, let my dog jump on them and be all cute, lock him back in the kitchen, and then I drag her into my basement and pork her. I guess the most successful dates are if you have a dog or not
  21. So when the Supra becomes 25 years old does that mean they can import any age Supra or only ones with the respective manufacture/registration date?
