  1. Within the frist 3 seconds of that video, before he had even opened his mouth I wanted to punch him.
  2. I remember the EU version of GT3 being butchered compared to the US/Japanese versions. Remember not being able to switch the speed units into miles per hour? I loved that. Just great.
  3. I am looking at importing a vehicle from the United States, but I am confused regarding VAT. Apparently I would have to pay VAT on the vehicle which would make it pointless as I wouldn't be able to afford it with the VAT charge. When I imported the Supra I did not have to pay VAT on the vehicle. Have the laws changed or is it different depending on which country you are importing from?
  4. It's also good to see that Lance Stroll is proving he is at Williams for his talent rather than money. By crashing the car 3 times in 2 days.
  5. See this thread http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?338354
  6. I was going to buy some OEM side skirts from them, but from what other members have said their products are appalling.
  7. It was not removed by me. It's not about witty comebacks, I stand by what I said. I am not liked here, I know that. If you have opinions that don't conform, you will be outcast. I get annoyed that people don't seem to realise that not everyone has money to throw away left right and centre on cars. I don't think this is the right community for me, but in the absence of any others, it's this or nothing.
  8. Well they dedicated one (yes one) line to the VVTi on the tech page, and I believe the tiptronic models aren't even mentioned a single time on the entire site.
  9. Well it seems the person who "collected" the information bought into all the common misconceptions that are still floating around to this day, and that site might be the reason why. There really needs to be a site that has up-to-date, correct information. Even the buying guide on this site hasn't been updated in more than a decade.
  10. A lot of the information on that site is wrong, so I wouldn't take it as gospel.
  11. Has the fuel pump been changed? If you have increased boost pressure I think you need a higher throughput of fuel?

    Audi TT

I thought the only people who drove TT's were women or queers.
  13. I can't believe that someone who claims to teach the course has this attitude. When you drive faster you travel further in a shorter period of time. The time it takes you as the driver to make a decision always stays the same. If you're travelling slower, you are giving yourself more time to avoid a potential accident. And for what it's worth, I wasn't accusing you of being a dipshit. It was a sarcastic statement regarding the fact that I don't break the speed limits, so I have never had to take a course as I'm not breaking the law. As for the last statement, I'm intrigued. You seem to be taking this personally for some reason.
  14. Really? I don't drive like a dipshit so I've never been on one of those.
  15. Yeah speed never killed anybody.
  16. But JK Rowling is "mocking" people who are threatening to burn her books because she is anti-Trump. I think that is the real issue here. Kill me.
  17. I tried to race an Alfa Romeo Giulietta from a set of lights a few months ago and got left for dead. I need to make mine faster!
  18. I bought mine from Toyota, excluding the slip control buttons they were £92.16 in total.
  19. It had its MOT in September, only advisories were oil leaks. Can laser alignment be done at most service centres?
  20. No I haven't, I've had the car about 18 months and it has always felt strange. At first I thought it was because I wasn't used to it. I was cutting corners a lot as the steering was very positive compared to my M3, but even now I still can't get the feel for it. There is very little feedback through the steering wheel, almost like the wheels aren't touching the road at all, turning the wheel is very easy. I thought this was just how the Supra was set up. Do automatic models have a different suspension/steering set up to the manual models from the factory? Mine is automatic, and it is the first automatic I had ever driven. I thought maybe the automatic model was set up more for cruising as the gearbox is pretty awful for responsive/speed driving.
  21. Tyres are Falken Azenis FK453's, fronts are 235/45 ZR17 and rears are 265/40 ZR17. The wheels are the stock 17'' Toyota ones, no bodykit and the suspension I assume is stock. What are the undertrays?
  22. I find the Supra to be horrible in terms of speed driving. I don't drive fast, never faster than 60-65mph, but even at those speeds the Supra seems to 'float' on the road surface. It doesn't feel connected to the road at all.
  23. Allowing 1 car teams again would help.
  24. Why would I throw away the prop flange? Would I not need it when installing a new diff?
  25. I've actually ordered a borescope to see inside without having to disassemble some parts. They are difficult to find online so I am waiting for it to be delivered.
