  1. Yea don't get me wrong I love how fast BPU is and I'm more than happy with it. I just meant in terms of getting rid of the supra for an ISF doesn't give many benefits apart from 4 seats I definitely think if you wanted a fast aristo equivalent, like you said, then the ISF is a great car.
  2. The RCF as the other post mentioned start at £40k second hand. Fair enough the ISF is a great car too and coming down in price, even lower than TT6s in some cases but that's only BPU level power and again suffers in the looks department. Obviously very subjective though
  3. It's not as good looking though and a small single is faster so for £70k it's really not worth it IMO
  4. Has anyone done pre methanol and post ethanol dyno runs on the supra to compare? I'm guessing you absolutely have to monitor EGTs running a high mix?
  5. £22k+ Probably more but that's absolute minimum
  6. I can't think of anything less than £70k that I'd rather have to be honest and I've looked a lot. The lc500 looks nice but may as well see how the new supra turns out (if they make one)
  7. Good to see you posting still would you get another supra if they were more available where you are?
  8. Was this the magazine that asked for a car on the forum?
  9. I keep looking at other cars and even possibly jumping to a GTR but I then look at my car and honestly don't see anything I'd rather have. Looks wise there is no better car. Sure performance wise there's better but the way it drives and looks for me there's no better... yet
  10. Personally I think the OEM colours are better. Especially gunmetal! IMO non standard colours do devalue the car
  11. Looks great, what's that dot on the bonnet? And when you going orange?
  12. Just wondering how you're getting on with this mate?
  13. Very nice, I quite like that as a classic. Anymore pictures?
  14. It is a sad state of affairs. Winds me up massively. On the other side of the coin there are people that show a lot of respect to the car but they're usually other car enthusiasts.
  15. Just thought I'd bump this. Unfortunately no picture as I was fuming but I thought to myself today while I had the car out that I'd park in one bay for a change seeing as it was busy. I parked on an end bay all the way over and what happens when I come back? Some moron has parked over the line into my bay. Basically I've been proved right as to why I park in 2 bays all the time. Because of morons like that! Rant over...
  16. IF it is the new supra being tested and it's a big if, then I hope those wing mirrors are changed because they are horrendous
  17. Yea they look amazing but I don trust myself to make the feared changes. I imagine the normal boxes may need the charcoal canister moving?
  18. Brilliant, cheers mate Well from what he told me on Facebook: "You'll need to lower or remove the charcoal canister. Move the ignitor to where the charcoal canister was, or by the abs pump. It's also a good idea to pull the loom from the passenger side inner wing, and feed it around the shock tower, so it's out of the way. The loom on the driver side inner wing, simply unclips, and can be fed round the shock tower, behind the turbos. The heater hoses at the back may need tidying up, to allow the centre piece to sit over them. The panel will need trimming to clear the stock inlet manifold - you may be able to see in my pic. I'm not sure about clearance on the stock turbo setup, but I'd imagine the driver side panel will also need to be trimmed to clear. The throttle cable can be unclipped, and fed behind the brake servo, and them back across to the throttle body" They do look really really good but I feel they aren't really for the stock setup and I'm not comfortable trimming carbon as I know I'd mess it up I think those are the charge auto styling ones?
  19. Just bumping this as it appears SRD don't do them anymore and the ones from charge auto styling require a fair amount of modification. Does anyone know of anyone else who does these? I noticed the OCD works ones but they are from the US and cost over $1000 without shipping and tax
  20. To me it seems the Japanese are dictating prices right now. Everyone here is pricing there's slightly lower than a fresh import so it'll keep going up in line with the R34 GTR now I think.
  21. That's exactly right not sure how many times it's been on actually.
  22. I was just thinking thinking the same. Have been saying I'd do dragonball since I joined but never had the funds or car to do it, so hopefully this year is the year!
  23. I wonder what the accident rate due to speed is in Germany? Seeing as they have no limits in large stretches of the autobahn. Speed isn't the issue, an obvious money grab as per usual. Rather than closing tax loop holes, they punish the motorist/working class, same old story
  24. Theres a guy on Facebook who does them, he posts to the parts page, Dusan Moral is his name. I've bumped the post on Facebook if you want to find it
  25. Cheers guys, Launch control and anti lag. Nice additions there!
