  1. well done mate you must be over the moon.
  2. I'm really pleased with how your dash came out mate. That looks real nice.
  3. If you ever sell this, the owners gonna be screwed if something breaks lol so much custom work its unreal. Looking good though big man.
  4. Just a quick example, is this kinda thing people are looking for? Once cut out, the light should shine straight through. I'll try and do a little bit each night so I can get a set on order. Hoping they have sorted my door sills be waiting ages.. Keeping it really simple, don't think any fancy stuff is needed.
  5. Listy you can't have any more bits mate I'm afraid, your wife has already told me what she will do to me if I take anymore of her money lol
  6. There is no word long enough mate, not one...
  7. Thanks mate, gives me confidence to begin the challenge ahead
  8. They are in the post matey!
  9. I'm sure I can find something in the urban dictionary if you want graham just for you to make something out of
  10. Top row: 97mm total. Rear and off are both 20mm. Recirc and auto are both 27mm. Bottom row: 17mm each button. 111mm Total Height: 13.5mm. Thanks for version30 for grabbing me dimensions. I'll update some examples later see what kinda designs I can begin to come up with.
  11. Need some button dimensions. Any particular car have shifty heater control buttons? Trying to find some decent photos, but can't find any new-style heater control buttons to start designing some stuff from.
  12. Worried I'll cook them. I split some spare sets I had fairly easy, just worried I'll stuff it up, as never done a decent set before. Fancy a challenge dude ?
  13. I had blue angel do a halo conversion for me and spray the insides black, the paints begun to peel and the laquer on the front lense is coming off, plus they let water in when it rains so need a good sealing with silicone. Any recommendations?
  14. You should be fine, your need to remove the top section of the dash though where the surround mounts over the dials, then the front plate comes off easy enough.
  15. Best idea of the day: keep that awesome spoiler! And apply for hobbyist ASAP, get that cover sorted buddy
  16. Front dial surround comes out, you can take the dials out without removing the radio section
  17. No worries dude, I'll just use the width of the square AC surround plates and divide it into section, I'm going to begin designing some custom buttons thats all. Nice to see you and the mrs sunday, glad you liked the horsies even if ya mrs did poo herself lol.
  18. No worries dude. I think I should get a set of the heater control surrounds on mine, with the knobs they look pretty good. While you have them off could you do me a favour and measure the width of the buttons?

    Na-t build

Getting itchy feet are we lol Putting all that in there is only going to upset you until its in. Good idea to get fitment spot on though.
  20. Love those photos. Car looks awesome. Second to last photo, whats going on with the buildings in the background?
  21. He's a good lad is craig, he's helped me out a few times also.
  22. you can get single front end kits that raises the car, i was talking to a lad last night who has a golf with airbag suspension, he says the ride hasn't really changed from his coilovers unless he is riding it high (which looks stupid). i know a few top end cars have the ability to raise the front end a few inchs, maybe worth a look instead of changing that gorgous looking motor.
  23. Would stil be nice for the lad to have other recommendations. Ryan is good but the man didn't invent BHP Plus, I'm sure Ryan would be alot more proud of being the chosen mapper from a selection of a few, rather than a selection of none. What about austec racing?
  24. Nice photos. Shame you didnt get the one i wanted. Its ok though. I forgive you big man :-)
  25. Thanks for the info dude. That turbo sounds awesome and your setup looks nice, I hope you reach your goals.
