  1. I think he's refering to the fact that a 60000 mile car shouldn't have that kind of wear on things like the gear shift, which would suggest it has been clocked. Doesn't mean it has been, or that you did it, and could be disproven with appropriate paperwork (mot certs).
  2. Cheers bud. Just what I needed
  3. Does any one have a picture (or a few) of Hecklers 2 ring Led rear lights?
  4. I haven't even seen it wrapped yet
  5. SFS have their own website. Just google SFS hoses.

Can you get flexible COB strips? I'm thinking COB indicators and sidelights
  7. Cheers for the confirmation James
  8. Si says they look like pcbs for facelift lights.
  9. SFS are what I have in mine. Can't fault the quality. I usually pick up things like that at shows though, as they tend to do a deal if you get enough and can haggle a bit.
  10. As far as I am aware these ones are for prefacelift lights. I'm not really sure on the difference with the PCB's. I'll give Si a shout and ask him.
  11. Seeing Heckler put some of these up for sale reminded me I had some I won't be using in the garage. Item:- Heckler PCB's for 2 ring LED conversion (Si says they are facelift from the pics) Condition/Mileage:- As new, never used, never played with. Holes have been drilled ready for construction. Price:- £80 posted Item will be packaged in/with:- Components will be boxed and PCB's will be wrapped in bubblewrap Or Collection From:- Bude, Cornwall Set of Heckler PCB's for 2 ring LED light conversion. I bought these from Noz an age ago but plans have changed and I will be going with COB rings instead. There are a bunch of red led's I got with them but you may need more. You will definitely need orange and white led's. There are also a bunch of resistors included. Holes are pre-drilled. Pictures:-

  15. How much would you say this has cost you? If you don't mind me asking. I've been planning on doing an led conversion for ages but this seems much simpler and less fiddly.
  16. You'd be looking at £3k for a Syvecs or an ecu like that. You can pick plenty up for less than £1k, or piggybacks for £250-£500. Best thing to do is find out which ecu brand your "local mapper" specialises with and go down that route. As has been said, without an aftermarket piggyback ecu (at a minimum) of some kind, to control fuelling etc, you cannot safely run a single turbo conversion on a stock ecu.
  17. Here you go Gavin. Confirmation that these wheels do fit over UK brakes with no spacers required.
  18. Lovely looking Supra! Can I just ask (simply as I'm curious), if it's an RZ why did you go to a 1.5JZ instead of keeping the 2JZGTE engine?
  19. Unfortunately, you cannot post a "wanted" thread unless you are a paid member of the forum, as outlined in the T's & C's you agreed to when you signed up. The best thing to do is fork out a tenner for membership on here which will gain you access to the Classifieds and For Sale sections, plus other features of the forum including the PM system. Details of how to do this can be found in the New Members section.
  20. I don't understand why they have moved it. Having Japfest2 up north and Japfest down south made perfect sense. It now makes it a 466 mile round trip and 9 hours of travelling total for a one day show for me. I can see a lot of the Welsh contingent, and a lot of the South West lot boycotting Japfest now, not just from this forum, but from many others also. It's a massive shame and I know I will get the "plenty travel that far for this show" but with there being plenty down here to attend plus the potential of DragonBall and JAE, it makes no sense to fork out circa £150 (fuel and tickets) just to get to a show. Add a B&B for the friday night that makes it about £200. I won't be going now it has moved to Silverstone. If it had stayed at CC then I would have been there every year for the forseeable future. I've been to four in the last 6 years, the only two I missed were due to being deployed and leaving the army (on a course and moving house) and I planned to continue making it my "go to" big show of the year. I just can't warrant the excessive cost.
  21. To be fair, it's hard to say. How long are you planning on taking to save this £20k budget? As in 5 years the prices will more than likely have gone up due to a lot of Supras being eligible to be exported to the US. The above quotes on prices are right for now, but expect to pay more money down the line.
